We had a sewer blockage over the 2026 Easter weekend. The guys came out to get us up and running…read more Sadly, we had an old clay sewer line and a huge maple tree. The 2 don't mix. The roots had invaded the sewer line, cracked many of the pieces and collapsed others. The guys rearranged the schedule a bit to get an excavator out, dug a new newer line trench to at least give us service over the long holiday weekend. They then came back out the following Monday to finish the job and connect to the city main sewer line. They even flexed the sewer line a bit so the tree didn't have to be removed. Sadly though, they forgot about us (and our neighbor behind) and left a 40 to 50 foot mound, over a foot high in the back yard. It took several phone calls and a bad review from my neighbor to get them back out, but they did finally come quickly. Now that the mound has had time to settle, we wait for them to do a final level, plant some seed, and cut the clean out pipe to ground level. I've appreciated Jeremy and the crew of guys helping us out in a bind that Easter weekend. I would be happy to use them again, but they could use a better system for follow up and job completion. That's why it's only 4 stars. Not sure how my neighbor would rate them.

LIL An hour later He called and said he was on the way. We found out that my pump line had come loose and was hanging in the well. This was a good thing and I didn't have to replace the pump just the piping and wiring. Instead of $1200 bill it ended only being $419 for which was a good thing. He also measured my well and gave me all the info if and when I do need to replace the pump. I was very happy with the quick service and the professional serviced Dale delivered with his 30 years of experience.

Jerry was very informative and such a good guy. I remember he needed some wood for our cabinets, he took the time to explain why and presented options pertaining to cost. The prices were very high at the time, but we needed the wood to finish the job so we had given our approval. When the job was completed and we received the invoice there we no extra charges, in fact the cost was less than originally agreed. When we asked Jerry why, he told us that he was able to pick up the wood and some materials at a second hand supply store, which enabled him to forward the savings to us. Here is a gentleman that very easily could have told us he paid full advertised prices for everything and we would be none the wiser. Jerry's reply to us was, "if I did that, I would be only contributing to a lie that ultimately hurts the community I live and work in, I am sorry, but that is something I can not do".
