She practices something called the Graston Technique. In short? It's terrifying and painful at first. However the payoff was completely worth the initial discomfort. After a few visits my pain was gone. I'm back "on my legs" - running and moving better than before my injury. She also taught me exercises and gave me tips for future injury prevention. She helped me improve my strength and mobility step by step, and I always felt like the exercises were tailored to where I was at in recovery. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and made the whole rehab process a lot less stressful. Recovery hasn't been easy, but having a PT who's supportive, knowledgeable, and positive makes a huge difference. I've made a lot of progress and really appreciate all the help along the way. Rachel set up a comprehensive therapy plan for both at the clinic and for me to do at home, and worked side by side with me through every step of my rehab.
