Better yet, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. (They even have weighted blankets...goodbye anxiety!). Communication here is great as well--they make sure you thoroughly understand what is needed/going to be done, and they don't push any unnecessary treatments on you. They never make you feel bad for any additional requests to accommodate any needs you have, and it is the least stressed I've been at a dentist office. Anyone looking for a new dentist will find a great one here! The staff is always happy to see you, I feel like they went out of their way to get to know me as a person not just a patient. I saw a doctor EVERY time I had an appointment, this was a new experience for me as previous PT clinics had me seeing a doctor every third visit. The assistants were very knowledgeable in helping with exercises as well. I appreciated home exercise sheets that had the picture of the activity so that I could do it correctly. As a trade-off for that, I received the worse set of nails I have ever received. Huge clumps of glue extending from under my nails nearly 3 weeks after the service. No clean up under the nails and gaps between nail beds and gel. I did go and have one of the nails replaced the next day, but the second girl did just as poorly as the first girl. The excuse was that the first nail tech "just got out of school". As a customer not looking for a beauty school level service, I am very disappointed.
