He will ALWAYS ask you to cave in and agree with other party's demands and provide you with all the negatives! He will NEVER stand up for you and always try to conclude the case without fighting for you. He screwed my divorce that ended up costing me more than 50% of my life savings for a marriage that lasted little over 5 years. For an attorney charging you $350 per hour and billing you for things as trivial as saving a form (YES, Honest to god truth), he would do minimal work and at the last moment. If you wanna loose everything you own, give you a feeling that your attorney is working for the other party, make you feel scared of everything, make you wonder why he didn't even ask for the basic finanical information from the other party , well than he is you guy. I promise you will end up losig all your life savings without him moving a single muscle!
