A third floor rug was installed on top of old hardwood that was missing boards, new sub flooring was never put down so now we have "dents" in the rug. Seams are already fraying after only 5 months. Shower liner is lifting, interior stairwell step is broken, sloppy drywall, painted over wallpaper border, closet door that doesn't latch, a plug that was installed about 5 inches from the ceiling for our microwave but put in wrong spot.....plug was never covered up so now we have a random plug in the kitchen wall. I could continue but the list goes on and on. We tried for 5 months to get him to return to fix issues but he would either cancel on us or show up, makes notes and tell us he would come tomorrow after he picks up supplies from Home Depot but would never return. We have finally accepted that this work will not be completed and told him to not return. We don't trust him to correctly fix our anyway.

I then wrote Gregory an emailing explaining I was reaching out, because Sandra had not returned my calls. He emailed me back saying they weren't interested in my services. I returned his email explaining for the 12th time I was interested in renting from Rumford Center Apartments. No answer. I've been in real estate for 20+ years, and have great credit. I'm not sure if their office is under turmoil, or if they are just incompetent, but I would not recommend doing business with this agency.
