They were flexible on allowing me to buy the parts myself and also very honest about cost, labor, etc. and honored the pricing they quoted. In addition to buying my own parts I was able to have some additional new parts replaced at the same time when everything was put back together helping me save some more money. They even saved any unused new Toyota antifreeze I bought and pre diluted it for me for future use instead of keeping it or throwing it away. In addition the regular repair they also kept an eye out for any other potential problems that might need attention to very soon. I greatly appreciate their honesty and their flexibility to help a person out. I highly recommend them and will certainly continue to take my truck here.

The next morning took it to Pinegar and met with Brian P Service Advisor. Explained the situation and he had one of his technicians get immediately after it. The code for the problem came up as a bad turbo. They reprogrammed it test drove it and everything was Okay. I was very impressed by Brian P and Pinegar Service Department.

I returned to the dealership and upon opening the hood the one of the service schedulers discovered that not only was the radiator fluid very low, all of the fluids were very low. although they had been providing me with printouts stating they had checked dozens of items, they had actually been checking nothing over at least two - three service trips... $70,000 dollar truck put at risk because of lazy techs. I'm from out of town, I trusted this shop to replace my trailer tires, they were replaced and left…read morewith 20 year old valve stems in. All 4 tires need to be taken back off of the rims and the valve stems replaced and the shop basically told me I was out of luck.... I have 2 tires that are completely flat within a day of getting the trailer home. I also had the wheel bearings regreased and the seals replaced, they charged me $200 for the seals, the seals are $9 a piece and there are 4 of them! This shop is not a trustworthy shop and does not stand by their work!
