Horrible service. Racist. They treat their employees like the trash they pick up. Any developer or contractor or even for home pickup, if you are in Montgomery County, try waste management, they at least have common sense and they're definitely not racist against their employees or people that pay them to do a a good job! I wish I could give 0 stars. The company is apparently under new ownership and it has been a nightmare. They never show up on the correct pick up days, if they even come that week at all. I've been going to the dump myself because there's so much trash build up. I've been trying to cancel service for 2 weeks now with them and you can't get ahold of anymore or get them to call you back. When you call you are on hold then after a few minutes of that it sends you to their voicemail which is full and it just hangs up on you. Literally no way to contact them about your account. We are now moving soon and I have to worry that I'll still be paying for trash. It's suiting this is a garbage company because garbage is exactly what they are. read more

Since the new owners took over, service quality has significantly decreased. As a long-time customer, this is disappointing. There has been absolutely no communication regarding any changes to the service. I woke up and went out to find my can was missing! So I called them, and they said all of a sudden, after 10 years, that I wasn't paying for 2 trash cans, that I was only paying for one the entire time. But I signed up for two cans and driveway pickup incase I was as out of town for work or something and forgot to put them by the street. But I would come home with them still completely full and have to wait till next pick up for them to empty it. So they was charging me for a service they didn't do already as is. And took me calling several time to get it removed from my bill and not keep getting charged. But previous owner got it fixed and credited my bill and never had a issue the entire 10 yrs other then late pickup but I never once called and complained cause I know the drivers routes can be long and things happen. Until this yr on my last billing cycle. So called them and told them there is no way I had 2 cans for 10 yrs and didn't pay that entire time. No company is going 10 yrs without noticing they wasn't paid. Any company with proper management and financial personnel would have caught that in the first couple weeks or at least couple months. Well at least if they know how to run and manage it properly. At least as a business owner myself I know I'm not not missing that much money on my books and not notice it. So then they tried to charge almost 80 dollar just for me to get what i was already paying for back a second can. That is a huge price difference compared to what I have been paying for 10. So told them I was not paying any more then my current bill unless they show me all the statements showing i never paid for the can and service for the pick up of the second can. But no proof to show that I received a service and not charged for the entire time. And they knew they was wrong cause I woke up the very next morning to the second can magical back in my driveway before I even woke up and they never come that early and that's if they come that week at all. So I thought the issue was fixed and was going to stick with them and hope that management would improve their customers service but not even 3 or 4 days later they came took the can again and tried to charge me again for a service i already paid for. So at that point I realized they are scamming ppl they are taking cans to raise the prices on your services. Cause if you really need the second can then you have no choice but to pay the insane price gouging. So told them I'm will go with a new company since they don't care about their customers that have been with them for yrs. So now they are not picking up the other can just left it sitting full, and having a debt collector calling me to try to make me pay the a bill that i should not receive vause they took the can in the middle of my last billing cycle and also stop came to get the other can at the same to time thats how long the van full of trash has been sitting there and i don't have a way to carry it to the dump to empty it plus they are responsible for that because i paid that bill cycle. And trying to charge me another bill I guess to pick up their can and empty it since i went to a new company. But good luck cause I'm not paying that upcharge when they took the can so that should be removed off the bill and it hasn't even been a month maybe month and a half and they sent the bill to a debt collector before even coming to collect their can. So this company is just trash now, and just wants to rip ppl off. Doesn't care about their customers or quality of service provided. They want to charge almost double now but don't want to improve their service to match or justify the price hike. Cause not picking up trash on time, not emptying the can all the way, and leaving trash on the ground and drive way instead of picking it up and throwing it in the truck with the rest it's just left for you to clean up after them. So good luck on collecting that bill cause I'm not paying it until until i see statements showing i didn't pay. I'm not paying for something I didn't have and absolutely no pickup since they took my second can. They took one and left the other full, and never came back to empty it. So what exactly am I receiving a billed for? I wish I could give this company zero stars. Our trash is NEVER picked up, specifically this week alone our trash hasn't been picked up for TWO WEEKS. I called their office daily and was told each time "they're picking it up today" and now my trash won't be picked up til at least after the holidays (if its picked up at all which would literally be a miracle). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE. next time they come (who knows when that will be) we're telling them to take the whole trashcan and keep the 3 month advance they make you pay because we will be using somebody else. please for the love of god and your sanity, do not use this trash company. I recommend Stinky Pinky it they service your area. When I contacted them to request service, they immediately reached out to determine my needs and I found out that as a Veteran, I also got a discount. Pickup service was started in a matter of days. I am now saving over $400 a year compared to the last removal service it had. Although I have only been with them a few months, they have not failed me. Furthermore, I have seen them go retrieve the bins for elderly folk who can't get the bin to the curd themselves. That is something that I have not personally seen in 40 years. These people managed to lie to me 4 times in one week. Trash was not picked up last Friday so I called Monday and was told it would be picked up Tuesday, it wasn't picked up Tuesday so I called again and was told it would be picked up Thursday and then they would come back out on Saturday after the fourth to resume normal scheduled pickup. Thursday came and I even called to confirm I was on the route that day and they assured me I was . Trash was not Picked up Thursday, so here it is Saturday on the regularly scheduled day after the holiday and still no trash pickup. I have Had to call countless times since we've had their service for missed pick up and am always met with different excuses like the driver didn't know we were back there or the truck broke down or driver was sick !?!? Integrity is definitely not important with these people and I feel like they were just telling me I wanted to hear so they could get me off the phone. You know what is always on time though? My husband and I has been in Pembroke since early this year around may and has been taking our trash to the dump ourselves since moving to our new house and recently September I received mail from them saying we owe them $10. What bothered me the most is they randomly sent a trash can to our house which we never used and I am also confused do you not have to sign up for these kinds of services and who the hell signed us up. read more

We absolutely love Stinky Pinky! They have always been so prompt, efficient and professional with their services. A few years back, we lost our trash can in a major flood, so I called them to let them know. They immediately delivered a new one with no questions asked and were very sympathetic about us flooding. The truck drivers always wave to us and my 2 year old son. Sometimes, we forget to put the trash can on the street, so the guys come will come grab it from the side of the house. We are so appreciative of them going out of their way, that we made them some cookies and signed the card from our son for being so nice. The very next week, the sweet gentleman brought our trash can back to the house and hand delivered a toy garbage truck to our son as a gift. I can't even believe it! they offer a really good trash service. They are the only trash service I know of that still picks up the trash the old fashioned way without the automatic arms that sling trash all over the yard. They pick up extra trash next to the can as well. I have been very satisfied. read more

When I was pregnant, I would forget to haul the trash to the curb, their guys would come up to the house to get the bin when I would forget! What a pleasure to deal with professionals who do what they say they'll do in a timely manner. Sandy in the office courteously explained the process, time, cost, etc. The men who cleaned our tank, explained what was happening, made very little mess, and cleaned up after.....in 45 mins it was done. For the previous 48 hrs, we had problems with the local septic service, that was uncalled for. Pinky came to our rescue....and gave us a years supply of eco-friendly digestant for the tank. The driver was afraid that he would have to get on the grass during rainy weather. I explained that it was all paved and gravel, but I think he was just looking for an excuse not to come. Our trash pick up day was changed back when it "snowed" so we lost a few trash pick up days. The middle of the week is hard to plan out with a busy family and work life. And to top it off if you miss your payment by a little with a death in the family and being out of town for that 1500 miles away they refused to pick the trash up.
