I came here on a really busy Saturday afternoon and purchased sunglasses without truly trying them on because I had my mask on (and the store was packed so I wasn't going to take it off). I was in a rush to get out of the store because there was a long line behind me and so I didn't ask the clerk what their return policy was. I came back to return the sunglasses today to be told that they only offer store credit for ALL items. When someone is making an expensive purchase, you should let them know at the register that you only offer store credit so that they can make the best decision for themselves! Now I'm stuck with $117 store credit at a store that I don't want to go back too because they conveniently did not let me know of their return policy at the check out. Shady business!!! read more

Stitch and Feather has arrived in Downtown Fullerton! An enchanting boutique on the corner of Wilshire and Harbor Blvd. I have visited their Seal Beach location a few times and found some cute floral tops and dresses. Their women's apparel has a very chic California bohemian theme to it (which I adore). Now that they have opened doors right across from my work, I'll certainly be checking in regularly. Love the Earthy vibe in the store, almost makes you forget you're in a traffic congested mini downtown area. Came in on a work break and ended up buying a grayish colored Whiskey = Frisky long sleeved tee. I wanted this style in a black tank, but they didn't have anymore in my size. They also have women's accessories, scarves, shoes, journals, books, cups, tumblers, jewelry, and other knick knacks. The staff was engaging and did inform me that they get new items in everyday. I found this little gem a couple of weeks ago and have been in twice since. I can't say enough good things. They receive new shipments each week and the clothes are adorable and very reasonable. The vibe is chill. No high pressure sales and the sales people genuinely seem like they enjoy putting together outfits for you when you're stumped on what to pair something with. Love this boutique. Visited from Hawaii when my mother-in-law told me she had read an article about it in The Orange County Register. She knows that Anthropologie is one of my favorite stores, and said that there was a new store in Fullerton I might like that had a similar vibe so she took me there last week. Found some great dresses and a top. Lots of cute separates, dresses, Boho chic styles, all very reasonably priced . Came in when there was only one other person in the store and there was two employees working . None of them bothered to even acknowledge us or even say hi , nothing at all. Stitch and Feather is one of my favorite boutiques in Fullerton. I am so happy that they have opened their gorgeous new location in Brea by the Whole Foods. The bohemian/rustic style of this boutique is right up my alley. They always have fun, trendy tops and a few cute costume jewelry pieces. This is usually my go to store when I am looking for an outfit for a casual night out. The inventory is mostly women's clothes, but there are a few home goods like candles, journals, and books scattered around the store. Although I wouldn't say the prices here are a bargain, they are definitely cheaper than some of the other small boutiques around town. Considering boutiques are always a little on the pricier side, I would say this store is reasonable, averaging around $30-$40 per top by my rough estimation. My only complain is that they have limited inventory and run out of sizes very quickly. In my experience once an item is gone, they don't order to restock that item. I wish they had an online shop or offered to order sizes for you when unavailable. Other than that, this place is fabulous! read more

After reading the other Yelp reviews I decided to go to this location instead of the Brea location, even though it's further away from my home. Why? Because I wanted the excellent customer service this location is known for on it's Yelp reviews. And I was not disappointed!! Riley was friendly, down to earth, courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. She offered suggestions, brought me other items I may not have otherwise tried on (but loved so much, I bought almost all of them--yikes !!), gave me her opinions on what I tried on, was super patient (I must have spent 30-40 minutes in the dressing room trying and re-trying items on and asking her opinions on just about everything), and so on! The reason I gave this location 4 stars instead of 5 is the dressing room situation--though the curtains were pretty, they didn't stay shut and so I had to bolster the curtains down against the dressing room walls with my purse on one side and my cell phone on the other. If I may offer the owner a suggestion: add decorative hooks onto the dressing room walls and put loops onto the curtains so the curtains can latch onto and securely enclose the curtains to maintain privacy (as men do come in with their girlfriends or wives and can probably actually see you undress if you're not mindful ) Also this isn't the establishment's fault...But when I tried to find parking, there were 2-3 homeless men in the parking garage next to their store and it made me uncomfortable parking in there. So I had to circle around a few times till I found a more open/visible place to park. Other than that I found my new favorite go-to boutique!! Amazing decor and atmosphere (the girls I encountered today were not snobs like at other boutiques I've been to), great selection of clothing (I didn't get a chance to look at the accessories because I was in a huge hurry to run other errands so I can't speak to those), excellent customer service, & quality, unique pieces for reasonable prices. What more can you ask for when you drop money in an establishment?! Check them out!!! I absolutely love this boutique. Having shopped at their Seal Beach location (which is fantastic), I was happy to hear they opened up a branch in Fullerton. The selection of clothing is always diverse and unique. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and a warm hello. I am a fan of the bohemian vibe for clothing and this store has that style covered. Whoever curates their clothing has a keen eye for the latest fashions. And I never feel like the clothing is overpriced for the quality you receive. I get more bang for my buck here than I do at many other boutiques. They have an excellent selection of accessories and assorted home goods, too. I love the mason jars they have from The Mason Bar Company. I called the Laguna Beach location after visiting the store a few weeks earlier and purchased a jumper. I wanted to buy another one in a different color because it's now my favorite item of clothing. I didn't see it listed on the online store anywhere so I called the location where I first purchased it. Alexis(Alexa?) answered the phone and I tried to explain what it looked like. She said she'd call me back and look into it because she didn't think she saw at at the store or online. Loved this store and used to be regular customer. But I never got my store credit or refund for two sweaters that I purchased online and never received them. -If you are in Fashion business you should know USPS is the worst service. They often looses packages or ship it to the wrong address. This store never takes fault for shipping problems. Long run you will loose business doing this way. -Emailed 5 times and called 7 times for store credit or refund never heard back. Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. I myself used to be customer service in fashion field so I know exactly how I got treated. I used to come in to store twice a month. And spend average $200 a months. That is $2400 a year. For saving $85 you have lost long term loyal customer. Because of this experience, I have decided never to spend my money on your store even though your products are great.... it is very sad... I see this store everyday driving by and was sooo excited to finally go in!! My boyfriend and I were walking around downtown, after dinner, and I specifically headed to Stitch and Feather. It was 7:50 pm, so it was close to closing time, at 8. I found the cutest jacket, denim with fur on it and probably 4-5 other things. Let's just say, my boyfriend was going to finish his Christmas shopping for me! Then the young lady working said "Sorry, we close now". She didn't offer for us to cash out, just stood there, waiting for us to leave. I said, " Okay, I guess we will go then", and she said "Great." With a big smile on her face. I was really disappointed:( As we were leaving another woman wanted to come in and again the girl said, "we are closed". She obviously had somewhere more important to go than making sales for the store. As we were walking away, the lady and I both mentioned that we were "buying" and the store should have adjusted.
