A complete waste of my time. Gave me the complete run around as to why they could not make my leather pants after first saying they would. Reasons for not doing the job: 1) they need more leather (I could easily buy more - solved) 2) I gave them the wrong pants to copy - too stretchy (I could easily give them another pair with no stretch - solved) 3) the machines couldn't cope with the thickness of the leather - ok can't solve that so good enough reason but they should have worked this out when I first came around with the leather. I found the woman machinist unhelpful and condescending (I understand English and know what Alisa explained to me on the phone - thank you). The man on the desk was polite and helpful though as was Alisa on the phone. Still - an utter waste of my time, I had to waste two trips out there for nothing.
