I wanted the bride to have something fun and special in her home while we all zoomed in to chat with her! When I arrived, the store itself had a few other customers inside, but it was not too crowded. Everyone was wearing masks and they had signs on the floor directing traffic flow. I made my way to the bridal section and found some really pretty balloons and some other random silly gifts (champagne flute and sash). The balloons were about $20 but included a1 large mylar balloon as well as a few smaller mylar ones which were all so adorable for a bridal shower and they included free helium at the counter after purchase. I had to get them! Check out my photo(s) to see how adorable they are! I made my way to the counter and the girl helping me offered to pit helium in the balloons and even made sure to take special care of the champagne flute so that it wouldn't crack. It was a pleasant experience. Party City is my go to place for all fun party decorations and I always find what I am looking for!

From the initial contact form I put on the web, through invoice, installation, and removal, everything went perfectly! First, the web form you complete for a price quote is simple and easy. It asks all the pertinent questions and makes it a breeze to share what you want. I was contacted within a couple of hours with a confirmation that they had the look I was wanting and that my date was available. An invoice arrived in my inbox shortly after that. As soon as I paid my invoice, I received a confirmation. The day before installation I received a detailed email with how to prepare--things I wouldn't have thought about like watering the grass an hour or two before installation and reminding me to turn off the sprinklers. Installation occurred right on time and the sign was awesome! My daughter loved it. The neighbors loved it. It was a great part of the celebration. My so called "linens" were severely wrinkled with large creases and looked absolutely terrible for my wedding. I cannot even believe this guy is still in business. Firstly, the linens they gave us are not linens because if they were, they would lay perfectly with no wrinkles or creases. The "linens" that were given to us were folded in Saran platic wrap(not hung up like they should be) and with severe creases. My venue called & I called the owner. The owner said," There is nothing I can do about it. We've been doing this for 30 years and we have never had a complaint." He's a liar and a con-artist. He wouldn't even send anyone out to iron the wrinkles/creases. It wouldve taken a whole day to iron the amount of table cloths we got. Thank God we had enough on our tables to hide some of the creases. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want trashed Polyester junk with creases & wrinkles.
