Bought some cabinets from Menards and boy was it hard to install. But Nicholas was a joy to work with. He didn't rush and scrimp on quality. He made sure to take his time and ensure the cuts and measurements were correct. And he is very honest as well. What was supposed to be a 2 day install, he was upfront, and immediately told us he needed more time. Which we are glad he told us. So we extended the project for another day. Nick handled the whole thing himself, and honestly, it was one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Nick's straightforward and easy to talk to--he showed up when he said he would, kept me in the loop every step, and never once tried to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. For example, when we were picking out fixtures for the upstairs bath, he pointed out a couple of more expensive options that looked flashy but wouldn't hold up as well in our hard water, then suggested solid mid-range ones that were better quality for the price. Same thing with the basement: I was worried about moisture issues down there, and he recommended adding a good exhaust fan and specific waterproofing under the tile without pushing a full waterproof membrane that would've doubled the cost unnecessarily. He just gave honest pros and cons so we could decide. The work itself is insane. In the upstairs bathroom, he tore out the old awkward layout and reconfigured it so the shower feels spacious now instead of cramped--he tiled the shower floor with these little hexagonal tiles and there's not a single uneven edge or lip anywhere--you can run your hand over it and it feels like one solid piece. He built a recessed niche that's actually deep enough for full-size bottles (most contractors make them too shallow and you're constantly knocking stuff over). Down in the basement he basically turned a blank corner into a full bath without tearing the place apart. The walk-in shower has a little built-in bench and a handheld wand he mounted exactly where I use it every day. The floor tile he picked has just enough texture that it doesn't feel like an ice rink when it's wet, but still looks clean and modern. He even threw in a moisture barrier and mold-resistant board behind the drywall even though I never asked--he just said "I always do it this way so you don't have problems later." He cleaned up meticulously after each day (no drywall dust tracked through the house), and when a small delay came up with a delayed vanity delivery, he communicated right away and adjusted the schedule without drama. Nick works completely solo, shows up every single morning at 8:00 sharp, sweeps up before he leaves, and answers his phone when you call. The guy is just rock-solid honest and genuinely nice to be around. If you need real work done right the first time and you live in the St. Louis area, call Nick. I already have him booked for the kitchen next spring. Highly recommend.

I have a 23 year old laminate floor that I love and looks great!! Our dishwasher was leaking…read moreunbeknownst to me. Eventually some of the tiles were separating. I have this floor in my kitchen, dining area and laundry room. No doubt the product was discontinued. Reinhold assessed the situation and developed a plan to save my floor-it would have been no surprise and much easier to sell me a new floor. They measured, matched and ordered similar flooring to put under my washer and dryer. Those tiles could then be used to patch the area in front of the dishwasher. When the installer arrived they daringly used tools to move, glue and caulk my exisiting tiles. Oh, and they charged me NOTHING!! What a complete surprise to be treated like family (I purchased this floor at another outlet that has since changed hands and offered no solution.) Need a new floor? Run don't walk to this fine group of professionals who solve problems and treat the customer with respect and appreciation. Never returned to rehang doors or move furniture back despite repeated phone calls. Left an elderly couple (one with rheumatoid arthritis) to finish the job. Warning: make sure EVERYTHING Reinhold Flooring says they will do is in the written contract! Do NOT rely on verbal assurances. Will not be using Reinhold Flooring again (floor looks good though).

They were hired to do the roof at my Condo association. They were told by my HOA rep not to block…read morethe accessible parking spot or ramp so I have access to my home, also they are disabled spots and shouldn't be used for construction anyway. I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better. Avoid this company if you don't want to be dissatisfied.

They made fixing up my fixer upper way less stressful. They were a good price, too. They offered more - including a 5 year warranty. They really went above and beyond, which was so nice being that needed my whole roof and garage re-roofed. A note for customers: ask if there's any issues with the chimney, and they can give you info about that, too. They sent the warranty and lien waivers promptly after payment!
