The people waiting were stranded for over two hours while I repeatedly had to ask for updates and realistic arrival times. When I expressed concern and explained that I needed honest communication in order to decide whether to continue waiting or contact another towing company, the responses became dismissive and unprofessional, including being told to "chill," which I found completely inappropriate considering the stressful situation.
