I feel they have good quality plants and reasonable prices. I have found this year that the starts are super small even well into gardening season. I just went last week to get some fall garden starts and I could not find one six-pack that actually had 6 plants in it! So, I'm charged by the 6 pack for 4-5 plants. And, trust me, I searched through them! This was not just with one variety. It was the same for everything I was looking for. I understand that not all seeds grow but this is a widespread issue. The staff has never been exceptionally helpful either. They will tell you the number of a greenhouse to go to or point in the direction of where to find a certain tree. We left having never found the tree we wanted after asking 2 employees.

Argued with me over a price of a fountain while they were having a clearance. Large fountain was one price, the same exact fountain, that was 1/4 of the size, obviously was marked incorrectly because the name was wrong and was way more expensive - hundreds of dollars more expensive. She could not find the actual price and kept insisting it was the right price. Anyone with an open eye could look at the tag and see it did not match the fountain. The large identical fountain had a specific name but the small one had an inaccurate tag on it referring to an "Aztec" type of fountain. This was NOT an aztec fountain. A couple of the other workers came over to help and they were so nice and actually seemed very embarrassed by these unprofessional workers. How these girls stay employed, if they still are, is beyond me. If I had an employee working for me that pulled those kinds of stunts they would be gone. Customer service is always one of the the number one foundations when it comes to your business plan - these girls sure do not fit that line item. Either the owner does not know, does not care (which I can't believe that is the case), or maybe they are related to the owner. Well if that were my daughter, my niece or my family members' best friend they would still be out on their ass! Sounds like another shopper that left a review had the same experience with this lovely young ladies. These girls work the outside counter and have always had an "I can't be bothered attitude" but this time their real colors showed. We are coming back to look at the veggies but only because they have a good selection. Everyone else we have dealt with has been so pleasant and professional but these two are a piece of work.
