I inquired about buying a kayak they sold and they guided me in every aspect of the sale - roof racks, kayak accessories, personal safety devices and every aspect of the sport. They even referred me to big box stores that would have a greater selection in order to vary my options of products to peruse. Prior to committing to buying their product they informed me of practical guidance of the sport with absolutely no sales pressure. I was thoroughly impressed. At this point, I knew that I would purchase the product from them due to their professionalism. Ultimately, I bought my kayak from them - Bonafide RS117. Luckily, they had the color that I wanted, which was a special color for 2022, in stock in their inventory. Initially, I inquired about specifically ordering a special color from the manufacturer and they informed me of the ordering process and due to the "pandemic" they were unsure of a time frame and their ability to acquire the specific product that I was seeking. Absolute honesty from this company! Lucky for me, they had the specific kayak I wanted in the back that was still in factory packaging. I immediately bought the item from them. I was unable to actually transport the product due to not being able to load it onto my vehicle without a specific roof rack. The employee stated that he lived not too far from me and offered to drive it, in his personal vehicle, 18 miles away from the store location and meet me near my house after I borrowed a vehicle that could transport the kayak so I could get my kayak. 5 out of 5 stars for these guys! Outstanding customer service. I will drive 18 miles to give these guys more business. Skip the big box stores and give these guys your business - they care about what they do and the sport of kayaking.

The guy is an absolute clown and just wreaks of a fragile ego that he desperately needs people around to cosign, the service used to be top notch, the staff used to be top notch but they can't do a thing themselves in terms of buying or selling, they aren't the issue though, just the owner. I'd never ever go here for any needs, their prices are worse, their trade/buy prices from you to them are garbage, there is absolutely nothing redeemable about the place because the owner is too busy being a clown to act like an actual person instead of a goofy caricature. We came to Richard's, I explained what properties I was looking for in a gun and he chose 3 of his top picks at the moment for me to look at and stated if I didn't like any of them, he would give me more options and if we ran out of options he had on hand, he would be more than happy to order more options for me. He made me feel valued and heard, which was more than I could ask for. We have used Richard's Armory for putting on a picatinny rail system on one of our rifles as well and he did a superb job. Overall, this is an excellent armory owned and ran by a very nice, respectful and knowledgeable man. I am forever grateful for my experience at Richard's years ago and will always recommend his shop.

This 1 star rating is for the rude manager that was on staff the time of us being there around 1:00PM to 5:00PM. My wife purchased a gun and ammo and one hour range time, which I paid for. I tried to purchase a gun in my name, I didnt have my gun permit with me, so I used my drivers license, the manager told me I couldnt buy the gun because my middle name wasnt on my license. I replied "I recently bought two guns with my licence in Oxford MS." He replied, "well you can't buy one here, you need to get that fixed." I was walking away this man still talking, its like he was try to provoke me. I laughed it off because it was my wife's birthday and I didnt want to up set her. My wife and I entered the ranage the young lady that was in there saw my wife was nervous, she was very nice and helpful. after we enjoyed the hour in the range my wife said I will buy the gun for you. We asked one of the staff members and they said they had to ask the manager. A few minutes later the manager yells across the room, walking towards my wife and I, No!!! she can't buy the gun because she's try to buy it for you!!! Now I'm not arguing policy, I understand rules are rules. The manager on staff was very rude, loud and for some reason he kept going on and on after I said I understand. It seems like he was trying his best to provoke me. He kept telling me I need to get my license fixed. I replied, you need to get your attitude fixed. I told all the other staff members thanks.
