FRAUD ALERT! I wish I could give then zero vs one…read more DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE. Save yourself the headache and go to Manteca or Lathrop instead. This was by far the worst customer experience I've ever had. I came in simply wanting white rocks for my yard and worked with MARIANA, who was distracted, unprofessional, and completely careless. I clearly told her I wanted the medium size after she herself recommended it over the large one and agreed to her reccomendation for both styles. I even showed her a photo for reference, and she agreed medium would look better. Despite that, she forgot to update the original invoice and kept the bigger size on the invoice she made me sign. I paid over $1,100 total--plus an unnecessary $50 delivery fee even tho I live 30 seconds away. When the rocks were delivered, they were completely wrong. I called repeatedly, but no one answered until the driver intervened. Mariana then tried to cover her mistake by lying, saying I changed the order--when I didn't even know the sizing names (1.5" vs ¾") I keot referring to them as med and lg. She then asked me very disrespectfully: "Why didnt you say something before they dumped it". I mean if she had common sense she would know that a normal sized human would not be able to see the rocks in the delivery trucks because of the height of the truck walls. Even after admitting the confusion, she refused to make it right unless I paid another $50 to redeliver the right one. To make things worse, I called back to fix the order so it can get simplified for them and I was told "too late, it's already dumped we wont pick it up." They kept saying Manny the manager will call me but No manager ever called me despite multiple promises. Now I'm stuck with the wrong product, a ruined yard before my event, and a $1,113.89 charge for something I didn't order. This fraudulence will be reported to my credit card and I will ensure to the get the correct item from a other place. This business is unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. Avoid them at all costs. (P.S. Ask around and look at the other reviews it seems like the screw over people often)

They tried replacing it but with damaged product. Paid for delivery to avoid needing to drive to pick it up but had to spend 4 round trips to try to get it fixed. Asked to be refunded but was told to take it up with the vendor. What a joke!

Nuce & Family Tile gave us a free estimate to repair our broken/stress cracked kitchen tiles - 15…read moretotal (you know how home builders slap the house together). This estimate was after another "local tile guy" came out gave us an estimate and then flaked on coming out to "do" the job. However, not Nuce. They showed up in a timely fashion, very professional, and got the job done. Even returned once to take care of one small issue after the fact and sold us some "grout cleaner" (for a reasonable price). Says they do all kinds of tile work and left us some business cards. I know who to call next time we need tile work or a new tile job done and who we can refer friends/family to. Thank you Robert @ Nuce & Family Tile. We're very pleased with your price and quality work!

WOW! Is an under statement. I am a new home owner and I had to get some work done in my bathroom…read more Unfortunately, the original contractor did not do a good job fixing my termite damage and an even worse job on demoing and replacing the tile in my shower. Nuce & Family was recommended by my Auntie...boy was she right! Robert went above and beyond. He noticed that the previous workers did not fully remove the wood rot, and some other things that were not done properly. Well Robert not only did a superb tile job, but he fixed the original repairs. This speaks to the "small town" feel and how much Robert cares about doing the right thing and a thorough job. I also appreciated how consistent and timely they were. They kept the house clean as they did the work in the bathroom as well! The end result was everything I waned and more. My bathroom looks fabulous. I must admit that I am not the most educated person when it comes to construction, but I am able to recognize dedication and hard work. There were no corners cut (non pun intended!) and I am amazed but what a great job was done from start to finish! I highly recommend Nuce & Family tile.

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
