We were efficiently seated in a preferred indoor table oriented to enjoy the live music vocalist and her captivating and entertaining performance. We placed our drink choices with the knowledgeable Sommelier Gaetano. Then we selected favored appetizers to share and trigger our taste buds. The garbanzo bean soup was savory and delicious with the warm bread rolls . The Caesar Salad was quite good with additional diced grilled chicken, too. The wines excelled at washing down our entrees and filling us with dining exhilarations. The salmon entree and the Pappardelle Bolognese entree were delicious and well prepared and seasoned. Our chocolate martinis finished us smoothly and were perfectly suited to the romantic atmosphere including the dulcet sultry tones in the talented vocalizations of Anna Victoria. All in all, another wonderful night to remember at a veritable local jewel Casariano Italian Eatery. Food-consistently wonderful and a good value and presentation. Atmosphere- clean, romantic and well run by knowledgeable team. Service- from the owner, wait staff, Sommelier, and kitchen staff this is a well run and responsive group that please us regularly as we appreciate them. We'd like to thank Leo, Gaetano, Isabella, Christian, Rhianna, and the other people who create a beautiful dining experience for customers.

As a woman who seems to accidentally time travel from one dinner reservation to the next, I've…read morelearned an important lesson: when at an Italian restaurant... maybe order the pasta. Apparently even seasoned travelers across timelines still make questionable decisions. My latest stop was Cassariano Italian Eatery, where I boldly decided to order the sea bass instead. The presentation was beautiful and very modern. It arrived with this lemon foam on top that looked artistic and futuristic... although part of me also kept staring at it trying to decide whether I should eat it or admire it from a safe distance. The first few bites were actually fantastic, but toward the middle I got a stronger fishy taste than I expected, and it kind of lost me there. Then there were the capers on the side. Or berries? Tiny flavor grenades? I'm still not entirely sure. All I know is I confidently popped one into my mouth like a professional food critic and immediately questioned every life decision that led me to that moment. Maybe I wasn't supposed to eat them alone. If so, lesson learned. That said, I genuinely think this may have just been an off experience with my dish because almost everything else at the table looked incredible. I tried a bite of the rack of lamb and it was outstanding. The spaghetti with lamb meatballs looked rich, authentic, and absolutely worth coming back for. Even the desserts and cocktails going by other tables looked like they belonged in a magazine. The portions were generous, the atmosphere felt genuinely authentic rather than overly trendy, and the staff was excellent from start to finish. There's a warmth and confidence to this place that makes you want to come back and explore the menu properly. So this time, 4 stars from your slightly confused but well-fed time traveler. Next visit, I'm sticking with pasta... and maybe dessert first.

It is my favorite restaurant, but I was disappointed with my third visit there about 10 days ago…read more First there was a hair in the dipping oil just before I put my bread in. The waiter was very nice and he served us a new one, but it's a lousy way to start a meal. Quickly, I'll tell you that the calamari was very good. I love their batter. My husband had a muscle and clam Napolitano appetizer. The seafood was tender and cooked perfectly. The sauce was less savory than I've had in the past. Let's put it this way. You didn't really want to dip your bread into it. Once in a while, I get the desire for meatballs and they were good, but the sauce was not as good as I've had in the past. I can taste good tomatoes when they're in a sauce and in this case, the quality of the tomatoes used as a base in this sauce was subpar. To make matters worse, we were seated in the second table right across from the bar as you walk in And a man came in with three little dogs(not service dogs). He came in to chat at the bar to a friend I assume. I wouldn't mind for a few minutes, but it was at least 3540 minutes that he was there and as we were eating, I could smell the dogs because I had the outside seat and I said something to the waiter and he said he really couldn't do anything about it. The man finally left. But you don't put dogs inside the restaurant right next to where a customer is eating, it's absurd. We did not order dinner dishes. It was a night that we wanted to eat light. It's usually a wonderful place to eat, but not that night....

We tried to get weekend reservations a few times but were always too late! Yesterday after golfing, I happened to check again and was so excited to finally secure a reservation. We were warmly greeted by Stefano, who checked in with us throughout the evening. Antonio was our bartender and server, and Andres kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, even polishing wine glasses and keeping everything perfectly set and tidy. The menu features focaccia pizza, which looked amazing--we'll definitely try that next time with a group. They also offer a nice selection of wine and beer. Based on Antonio and Stefano's suggestions, we shared the Caesar salad and the chicken parm. They were absolutely right--both were delicious. Portions are very generous, and this would be a great place to return with friends and order several dishes to share family-style. The Caesar salad was hands-down one of the best we've ever had--very cold and crisp, with freshly made croutons and a perfectly balanced dressing that wasn't heavy at all. The chicken parm was massive--far larger than expected--and absolutely delicious. The sauce was outstanding. We can't say enough great things about both the food and the service. The passion of the team truly shines through, and it's clear that everyone--from the top down--takes pride in what they do. Thank you for a most memorable imeal. We're already looking forward to enjoying our leftovers tonight!

I went at the request of a friend wanting to go to an authentic Italian restaurant…read more I read some amazing reviews and I no wish I could give a rave review as well. That being said it wasn't all negative. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but very cute inside. The Bar is Wine only bar. Hoping for some Limoncello, or a Limoncello Spritzer like I had in Italy. The Foccaccia di Parma was definitely not what I hoped for, partly our fault as it was the only one that didn't have sauce which I missed, but more than that the Prosciutto was stringy, cold and chewy. It was beautiful but the Prosciutto made it not very edible, I took it off. The bread itself was good and the olive oil used for dipping was very good. The pasta was hit and miss. There were three of us so we tasted all three. I thought the Parpadelle Bolognese was the best and the Lasagna a close second. The pasta was fresh and al dente. The tomato sauce was very fresh and flavorful as well. The Paccheri Contadina was very bland considering it had Italian sausage, mushrooms and truffle sauce. The dessert was the most disappointing. I love Tiramisu but these was so bland. Very little coffee flavor, maybe one lady finger, so basically a cup of fluffy pudding. The positive was the staff! They also had a singer who was very nice and had a great voice. She stopped by our table. Also pricey!
