He explained what it would take to do that job, that I would need someone to come in and fix the tile work. He explained that he didn't want to mess with the aging tile and cause another problem. This information was much appreciated. I had my brother get the faucet from Home Depot, that price was taken out of the quote. He quoted me the price if I had both faucets done in one day and then the prices for them separately. I could only do the sink faucet today, because at the moment I don't have anyone to do the tile work. Comfort sworet hey fixed the issues but did not show me photos that I asked for. Recently, now ten months later and I had a second audit from the electric company. The recent audit found additional tears that Comfort had not repaired. The new HVAC service company charged me $350 to make the insulation taping and insulation that Comfort had failed to do, and lied about completing the job. Now I've overpaid on attic energy leaks for ten months and incurred an additional $350 to bring it up to standard. Champion does not hire qualified staff. Polite staff are worse than useless.
