Judy, their office manager, is the most unprofessional state farm representative I've ever dealt with. I met with Judy on 6/4 about a claim and cancelling my insurance. She let me know that she would refund May's payment and cancel all further transactions on my account so I wouldn't have to pay anything any further. When I walked out of her office, I was under the impression that it was taken care of. Fast forward to June 10th, state farm takes ANOTHER payment out of my account. I call their office and they FINALLY cancel my auto pay and ensure that it wont happen again, and they will refund that amount to me as well. I've called every week since then, even twice a week. Fast forward to today - July 2nd. I call corporate office, they don't have any clue what is going on because nothing has been taken care of or documented. I go in the state farm office, meet with someone else, and have to break down everything to her because THERE ARE NO NOTES IN THE SYSTEM FROM THEIR OFFICE MANAGER. It was entered as a suspension (cant suspend a car unless it is totaled or a few other things that MY CAR IS NOT) -- this agent takes care of my issue after I spent 40 minutes going over everything with her. She says the system is finally correct (a month later) and explained what Judy had done/neglected to do. I scheduled a meeting while I was there for the next day with Stewart Perry & Judy at 9am. Just got a call from Judy, now that I am back at work, saying that she cant make it to the meeting I scheduled for tomorrow. I asked her what is going on, when am I going to get my refund that was owed to me 4 WEEKS AGO - her answer is "No Clue." With no effort to do anything to fix it. I have had NOTHING but issues with this office since March of this year. She blamed this issue on an agent who was not even working there when it happened!!! She was very rude, had a horrible attitude, and kept raising her voice and talking over me. I'm 100% sure that is now how you treat your CUSTOMERS. Especially when you owe your customer money. I will never give this office my business, and I will STRONGLY encourage everyone to go somewhere else or to another agent before you deal with these issues. I've been a state farm customer since I was 16 years old and have never had a single issue until I started with this office at the end of 2018. Still waiting on my money. Probably still will be when you're reading this! BEWARE!!!! Don't chance it. Go somewhere else.

first i would like to say if you value your money and value trust in your agent please do not do…read morebusiness with ryan mccord. ill share my experience i was hit by a drunk driver with no insurance. call ryan he tells me to file a claim using the app. i take pictures send him 1000 dollar deductible, a week later i get a call from ryan saying i got good news there giving u 600 dollars to fix your car. it didnt add up, the damage was way more than 600 dollars but i guess by sending pics through an app instead of having someone come and look at it its easy to make your own estimate. so i was confused about how i just gave him 1000 and he gives me a check for 600 dollars. im guessing he used the other 400 to go christmas shopping. ryan was awesome before i needed him for help, its hard to pay someone for 10 years to protect you and your family then when you actually need there protection they rip you off. any honest agent would have said listen the deductible is going to be more than the damage so just use the 1000 to pay for it. but no he happily takes the 1000 and writes me a check for 600. so now im trying to figure out to feed my family, have christmas and find a way to fix my car because he doesnt care if my car is unsafe to drive or not as long as he profits. im a single dad by the way. before all this i have recommended ryan mccord to lots of people because i thought he was an honest business man but the one and only time ive ever needed him he let me and my family down. ive called and called to see if they could just come out and look at it and he said. it got to the point he wouldnt answer my calls then blocked me. im paying this guys salary and he wouldnt even attempt to help me. but i guess he has a business to run and if he paid everyone what they was owed then he wouldnt be as profitable driving a nice car living in a nice home going to nice restaurants. i wouldnt want my worst enemy to do business with this guy because he is taking advantage of people at there most vunerable time. when they need him the most, so if you want an honest agent that will work for you this is not your guy. i promise. you think i would write this post if it didnt bother me that someone i basically trusted with mine and my familys life basically lied to my face on many occasions. im just glad me or my son wasnt injured i could only imagine how much we would have to go through if we had hospital bills. but im writing this to warn anyone that is looking for insurance or has already done business with. i would advise you go with geico,progressive,all state but not ryan mccord. he gets a percentage of the money he saves from not paying you. so you can always guarantee he is going to look out for himself and give you the least amount of money possible. how can you give them 1000 for a deductible and him only give you 600 to pay for damage. please please please do not use ryan mccord. and if you have and he has ripped you off please contact the local news, the better business bureau, an attorney and post and let people know about his ponzi scheme.
