Stofanak built a beautiful floor-to-ceiling pantry for my kitchen. They did a great job of matching my existing cabinetry (not an easy task with the stained cabinets). The sliding drawers are dovetail and slide very smoothly. It has been 3 years and has held up wonderfully. read more

Purchased a custom kitchen several years ago. The plastic hardware holding the drawers in place broke. Called to get replacement parts and was told they dont offer them. Husband had to try to repair. Disappointed they used plastic parts and dont sell replacements down the road should they break. read more

This place is a joke. The foreman has a Napoleon complex and runs the shop like everyone is his slave. The owners don't care about most of the employees. The one guy who was in charge of the paint room is a complete joke. He is a suck-up and will rat you out to the boss if it means he looks better. Nobody can tell him otherwise. We got our cabinets from Stofanak's for our previous home and when they said custom they meant custom. We chose dovetail drawers etc. My husband and I installed ourselves and the cabinets were built to fit the measurements we gave the sales associate.( hopefully the correct term for the woman who helped us). My only regret is we had to leave the cabinets behind when we sold our house. If we redo the cabinets on our new home, we will get a quote from Stofanak's again. read more

My husband and I visited countless kitchen cabinet purveyors only to be disappointed by high priced poorly made products. We were fortunate to find Linda and her team. They patiently handled multiple design changes, offered thoughtful recommendations and always communicated in a timely manner. When there was a design misunderstanding Linda did not hesitate to work with us to make it right without an incremental cost. Very unprofessional. Stofanak Custom Cabinets is only interested in large jobs and is not forthcoming with costs and "hidden fees." We tried to work with a manager to resolve an issue and I never even received a call back after Linda said she would be in touch by a certain date. Very $$ compared to other great places in the area. Wow! I don't know what that other reviewer is talking about. We have Stofanak cabinets in our kitchen, mud room, and bath and they are BEAUTIFUL. These are people who have been in this business for over 50 yrs in the the valley, they know what they're doing. We did not opt for the dovetail drawers but it was an option presented to us in the showroom, along with hardware and any other thing to customize your look. I don't think this person knows what they are talking about. custom means choices. Our experience with Stofanak's has been nothing but wonderful and everyone from the people in the showroom to the installers have been knowledgable and courteous.
