The staff is polite and supportive. I started my complex treatment two years ago with emergency dental treatment &teeth extractions followed by bone grafting and a temporary bridge. I had 19 months of top and bottom braces to correct my teeth alignment problems and I am very satisfied with the result. The treatment plan was discussed and rediscussed at every stage, before and after pictures were taken and end result is shockingly good. I give five stars on the score sheet, and the holistic approach they treat a patient with is really fascinating: it makes you rethink many aspects of your life and health&wellbeing. Their website is really informative in this regard, the offered treatments are clearly priced, no hidden charges, they provide a wide range of treatments and experts in treating complex dental conditions. During the coronavirus-era government guidelines are strictly followed and personal protective equipment used accordingly, hygiene is top class.

As a child Dentist did not used to bother me too much, however as got older & am not a fan. Soon as you enter the building & are greeted my professional, friendly staff, given a medical from to fill in & directed to a relaxing waiting area. Did not have too wait to long, when heard my name being called, I was like do I go or not. The Dentist was brilliant, friendly, professional, went out of his way to relax me, I thought I was not too bad, but obviously I was not. Told me what to expect, what he was doing, being friendly. Very up to date surgery, clean & professional looking. Even better did not have to pay, as NHS. Will highly recommend.

The Practice has had IT issues since taking over, by doing all, over the internet, so one day turned up for my appointment & told that may not be seen due to this & apologises for not ringing, but telephone was down also.

terrible dentists who continually cancel appointments.Left me with a temporary filling for months…read moreand a part finished root canal treatment.The dentist couldn't find one of the roots so said make another appointment?.How would they find it the second time?.Now have a huge hole in the temporary filling and been told I won't get treatment until October or November. Terrible dentists.
