We had plans from an engineer as required by our building department, in short; lots to do and a bunch of restrictions. Jesse and Lauro carefully reviewed everything with me and gave the good and bad to me straight. They were practical and prompt at every turn. The whole crew was incredible. Every single person who came was amazing and I felt like they were always giving their all. Our city made my project way more difficult than expected and Driveway Masters found a way to make it work while being available and communicative about the additional costs due to my city's additional requirements. I was looking for a paver to have installed into a new patio area behind our house. This was our first time their. Please note, they have big trucks in the area picking up products but their was plenty of parking in front of their building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their show room was huge with a verity of items to pick from. The place had a wonderful layout of visual concepts to fit your needs both inside your house and outside such as patio stone or walkways etc... Although I had a small project, they took the time to answer my questions and concerns. They had a comfortable sit down reading area so I could review the brochures on the products they sale/promote. I took the time to compare different brands of pavers. I was able to get my questions answered and have the literature to keep for my records. No rushing or pushing any sale onto me. I was able to take my time and think things over. We picked out the paver that would serve us well over time and hopefully outlive us. I was able to give the info to our mason who did the measurements on the area we were having it installed, he placed the order with O & G on a Thursday and was able to pick it up on the following Monday morning at the brick yard. (Please note O & G will deliver to you as well.) The masons had it installed the same day and it looks fantastic! I will be returning to O & G again come spring to have them help me pick out a "High Gloss" sealer to coat over my pavers so I can enjoy a shiny finish for summer. (** This company that makes these pavers recommend waiting for 6 months after installing before applying any sealer over their bricks.)
