They might not have as many books as a Barnes and nobles but they have staff that can help you order books you want. The display were very cute and in their selections I found j book I never heard of but definitely will be reading. Actually I started it then stopped because I am reading another book on my kindle and listening to another on my audibles. They also have several small trinkets. I could spend a long time in here . The books aren't going to have that massive sales price but seriously these small bookstores are gems. We would be supporting them because they feel more like a cozy shop than a huge corporation.

I did a Google search for used bookstores in Duluth since I was planning a trip there for some groceries. The name of this place is what first grabbed my attention. I'm so glad it did! Not only did they have a copy in stock, it was half the price of Amazon! I didn't get the name of the person who helped me out over the phone, but she was awesome. She let me pay over the phone, was super-friendly, and when I did the curbside pick up, gladly left it outside the door when I arrived. For an antisocial person like me, that's aces! I hope to someday make an appointment to go in and look around because I am itching to spend money in a store that has already impressed me without me even having walked in the door.

This shop isn't huge, but I have to say it is the best curated selection I have seen in a long…read moretime! Most used record stores these days just have piles of chum to slog through, but this store is a gleaming shining example for every other record store to follow. Todd is very picky about the collections he buys, so there really isn't a clunker in the whole bunch. I really appreciated that, because my time is valuable and who wants to look through a bunch of crap just to get to the good stuff? Well here it's all good stuff! Todd is also very knowledgeable about many genres of music, and he takes the time to source high quality records and look up what each one is worth and price everything accordingly. I loved the "Buy two get one free" sale, of course I am a bargain hunter so I left with nine records plus a bonus record. Super happy with my purchases, I examined each record before I bought it, but it turned out it was not necessary. Todd examines them and does not sell anything that isn't stellar quality. I highly recommend this store, both for buying and selling, as I was told he gives a very fair price when buying Collections, if they are sought after and of high quality. The shop also sells books and I think DVDs and some other things, but I only had time to look through the main section of records. There was also a section of new records, but I didn't look through that section. Todd was great to talk to as well, and pointed me to an AWESOME authentic place to eat just down the block, Main Street Tacos! I don't recommend doing any business with this guy. My husband is still waiting to be paid for work…read morethat he has done for Todd from over a year ago. he keeps putting us off with excuses one right after the other. I just called him again today and once again he put me off with another excuse and told me to call him on Monday. small claims court may be our only option.
