I have never in my life reported on a review website like this, and I don't normally complain about service but i have to say something about my experience with a massage I scheduled this morning that my husband had purchased on a gift certificate. First we got started 15 minutes late because the person who was supposed to be at the front desk was late (which I assume was the owner because she was the only other person in the shop when I came out). Not blaming the therapist for that. Then the first half of my massage the therapist was texting back and forth to someone on her phone , which was super distracting and frustrating. Then when leaving I usually wouldn't say anything but I thought maybe she should know that I could tell she was distracted and texting so it won't happen to someone else. When I was telling her about my experience she was very receptive and apologized. It was her daughter and I get that I have kids too. I just suggested maybe next time excuse yourself for a moment get it figured out and then come back and be focused on the massage. Don't keep stopping to text someone for half of the service you are providing and I'm paying for. Again the therapist was super nice, but then another lady chimed in that was at the front desk (later found out she was the owner). She was super rude and condescending. She told me there were other customers in the shop and that I needed to be quiet. I was not yelling I was just speaking to the therapist. If there are people with in ear shot of our conversation that is not my fault. I told her if she was the owner she should be listening to my concerns and not being passive aggressive with her whisper talking and making me feel like I'm the bad guy for receiving crappy service. I can't believe how bad customer service has gotten in the world today. No accountability. Oh and she tried to make me pay an extra $5 because there prices went up after the gift certificate was purchased. If you can believe that, so crazy. I will never return to Stone Path again. read more

Love love love the Center. Could spend all day there relaxing and looking at the wonderful products. We had our first massages today and it was FABULOUS. Husband did a Swedish and I opted for Deep Tissue and we both felt great afterwards. Since we were there I picked up some natural hand made soaps that I've purchased before that are heavenly. My go to place to feel good, for gifts and for self indulgence. The entire center is a must visit place to go. Our masseuses were Lisa and Maggie. Top notch. read more

I've been here a few times the last few months for prenatal massages. I went for my monthly massage the other day, and unfortunately it will be my last visit. The massage itself has been great, the masseuse has always been wonderful and very friendly, and I've always felt very relaxed afterwards, but I was the only person in the building wearing a mask. I also had two customers make remarks to me about wearing a mask while they weren't. It really killed the mood for me to have people I didn't know to make a remark about me doing something that didn't even affect them. Unfortunately, I don't feel like my safety is taken seriously and I don't want to run the risk of having more people share unnecessary opinions about what I'm doing to protect myself and others. read more

We were on our way back to SLC and it was getting too late, so we decided to stay in Cedar City and after being in a car for what it seemed like a week took a toll on my back. So I googled Massage and this place came up. I called to see if they were able to get me in, even though it was about 6:30. Lisa was able to fit me in before close and she was extremely wonderful!! I've lived in cedar for about three years and on a whim I decided to get myself a massage. Great massage by Stephanie, I had an hour long deep tissue and hot stone massage! I was impressed with the Easy online appointment set up. I was greeted with a friendly smile when I arrived. They provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I will be back for more! read more

Fun little spa. My friends and I did the ionic foot bath after a little hike. Not sure if we believe in the ionic foot bath theory, but it's fun to see people react when they have never done it. It does look pretty gross. It's relaxing at least. You get essential oils at the end to rub into your feet. It would be a better experience if someone spent a minute or two on each foot rubbing them in for you. They have a tea bar, so you can elect your tea and enjoy during your experience. They have lots of gift items at reasonable prices. read more

There is a cute store front where you can find a good variety of crystals; supplements; jewelry; and gifts. This was a great experience all around! I discovered this store on a road trip across the country almost 2 years ago and I continue to order their products today. I love St. George Nano silver and the homemade salves. Every year when the weather changes I get swollen glands. The minute I feel it I gargle with the Nano silver for about a minute and in about 3-5 days my symptoms disappear. Normally it would take 2 weeks or more to go away. Amazing stuff! I just ordered the comfrey salve for skin and can't wait to try it in my Shih Tzu as he has skin issues from time to time. Five of us had appointment for massage and pedicure. Massage was wonderful. We had to wait a half hour while a yoga class finished. The Pedicure was the worst ever. She cut my big toe clipping nails (bled). Didn't file nails after clipping. Painting so sloppy. Sat on floor covered with a shower curtain -(no equipment or chairs for pedicures) so had to hold my legs up and there were 5 -FIVE-nail polish colors to choose from! After when we complained to OWNER that she should not advertise pedicures when she has no facilities for it she said they were just contractors. She then went back and got the "manicurists" and they came out to confront us which was awkward and so unprofessional. She never apologized in any way and it was just a terrible experience. I don't know about the yoga and other services but in no way is this a place to go for a pedicure and I think the owner has no business instinct at all. The least she could have done was apologize. And my bleeding toe still hurts 12 hours later. read more

Yearly girls weekend trip to Shakespearean festival...we always try to pamper ourselves. Scheduled massages and they were great. Scheduled pedicures and they were disastrous! No facilities, no chairs. We sat in lawn chairs while the manicurists sat on the floor. They covered the yoga floor with a shower curtain so we wouldn't destroy the yoga floor. It was so unprofessional. And the nails were awful. One girl was cut, our toes were uneven and not filed or cleaned. And the paint job looked like my grandchildren painted them. They couldn't even get the water hot. $30 later....yeah, we paid for this, ...we mentioned to the owner how disappointed we were. She justified her contractors and justified her lack of facilities. Won't be back....and can't change my tragic toes fast enough. :-( read more

We asked if they did pedicures and were told they did. They only offered 5 colors of nail polish!!!! No pedicure chairs. Obviously not set up to do pedicures. The technicians sat on the floor!!! Nails were cut uneven and the paint job was poor leaving polish on my skin. When we talked to the owner she didn't seem to care and said her people contracted with her ---so not really her employees. She went and told the technicians our complaints while we were still there and they came out and asked if we weren't happy with the service. I thought this was unprofessional to do that while we were still there. However we did have massages and they great... We won't be going back. read more
