They had lots of seating, including some comfy couches--I LOVE a laidback coffee shop! The decor was very modern with a clean, elegant vibe. Tons of natural light as well. There were lots of drinks to choose from, and they also offered food (but we had already eaten)! The barista was very helpful in describing drinks which helped me narrow down my choices. The shop shares some space with a yoga studio, so the bathrooms are large and spacious, have toiletries for freshening up, and some even have showers! For a small town coffee shop, Bristlecone really blew it out of the waters and amazed me! Lattes were watered down and more saccharine than coffee flavored. Iced drinks were more ice than drink. One of my party remarked she "should've stuck with the hotel coffee. This a very nice coffee shop and cafe in Cedar City. I enjoyed a very well made cortado and breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll for $8. My friend had the "Apple Nachos" for $5.75. The cortado was very nice to drink. It was smooth yet bold in coffee flavor. The breakfast sandwich was very good. The only thing I did not like was that they did not toast the ciabatta, which was odd. I warm breakfast sandwich deserves a nice warm bun. The breakfast sandwich came with a friend egg, crispy bacon, spinach, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a house spread, which was tasty. If only they would have toasted the ciabatta bread it would have been great. My friend mentioned the apple nachos were great. The sliced green apples were crisp, the granola tasty and crunchy, and the drizzle of honey was perfect. The service was very good. The peeps were friendly and welcoming. Très chic! This is a coffee shop meets yoga studio, and the vibe is extremely grounded and relaxing. The place is immaculately clean with tons of cozy and varied seating options. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the coffee & food, and there's plentiful and friendly staff. I got the 3-egg scramble, and while it was simple, it was a good sized portion and the pickled onions were a nice touch. I also got a cold brew with cold foam, and it was quite bold and smooth. Smores cold brew is really great. A little pricey but it's good. I'd give it 5 stars if there were a few more food offerings. But 5 stars for just coffee. Service is nice and parking isn't so bad. The coffee was excellent. The vibe inside was very bright, and they had ample seating service was impeccable and friendly. You can do some schoolwork, read a book, write, or do some game boards. There are available tables, couches, and study tables as well. Towards the end of the shop, there is a yoga studio/store for retail as well. Apparently, this is a coffee and yoga place, which is divine in my book. Coffee tasted amazing and they had options for food too but I was not able to try that the location of this place has a lot of parking outside, street parking, and this is very close to the university. read more

Quick stop for coffee before heading back to Vegas after our lunch at Centro Pizza across the street. This was one of those stops that made us say "So glad we stopped here" The interior is beautifully designed, the ambiance is quiet, peaceful, and upscale coffee shop. The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the caramel macchiato was the best caramel macchiato I've had anywhere. If I was a local in Cedar City, UT, I'd probably be here pretty often. In the area looking at homes, and stumbled upon this gem. First, the atmosphere. The location is modern and cozy, and definitely somewhere I could bring my laptop and work or hang out with friends. They have cards to purchase for $5 which gives a drink or snack to someone in need, which is really cool. The place also serves as the entrance to a yoga and pilates studio, with a friendly vibe. The drink selection is amazing- I hover between tea and coffee, and they have an assortment of those and then some. We tried the Amelia with toasted marshmallow added, and it was delicious. They can also do half-caff or less sweet versions of any drink. The tea has a selection of herbal, chai drinks, and my favorite (London Fog) varieties, and they also had some holiday themed drinks (Valentine's Day had a red velvet latte. We tried the Apple nachos from the menu- they were TO DIE FOR. Apple sliced with like honey and granola- really fresh. Last (but not least) is the service. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and seemed really caring. It was a long day and the barista asked me if I was okay, offered assistance picking out and trying what to drink, and her colleague also came out and made my husband and I feel welcome. I felt like it was my "spot" even though I don't live here- which made it all the easier to come back again the next day. Overall- if you're in town, you HAVE to check this place out. We ordered for pick up online and our food and drinks were ready ahead of time. Very efficient! We walked in and got our food/coffee from an armoire with my name on it. Very cute detail! We ordered a two Breakfast Bagels, Tuscan Bagel, Cloud Nine Cappuccino, Almond Milk Latte, and a Peppermint Mocha. Everything was delicious but the Peppermint Mocha was ordered "Extra Hot" and it was not. The other tiny hiccup was one of the Breakfast Bagels listed a dairy allergy with no cheese and no onion, but it was missing the greens and tomatoes. I think this was out of caution for the dairy allergy so I'm not too concerned. Otherwise the bagels were good but a little dense. The food itself was tasty and definitely tasted fresh. Rave reviews for the Tuscan Bagel and greens in both. The coffee was delicious across the board for all three drinks. I would definitely stop in here again but order inside next time. Love this place. So much so, I sent a review to "BringFido" so they add to the list of dog friendly cafes in the area. Obsessed with coffee / cafes, we had to stop as we road tripped though Cedar City. The inside is lovely. Beautifully decorated. Loved the yoga area, restrooms, and decore of the cafe. As for coffee, We both got the Amelia after recommended by the cashier. Delicious! We also got the Bird Dog & the Three Egg Scramble. Both were fantastic. What a cute cafe!! Delicious homemade "made to order" food, original drinks, LGTBQ friendly. They have vegan and gluten free options, and the staff are friendly and helpful. You just get good vibes as soon as you walk in. They have free water and clean bathrooms, and if you come on Saturdays in the summer, there is an adorable farmers market out back. I was visiting from the east coast for the first time and i was recommended Bristlecone by some locals for the great service and food. The atmosphere, food, and coffee were absolutely amazing, however the young woman behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to ask multiple times to get any kind of service. One of the other nice young ladies called her Adriana or something similar to that before the second girl took my order.
