It was a long process moving here from out of state but they supported me every step of the way and…read moremade it easy to get in and get set up. The office staff has been accommodating and kind. Returning phone calls/emails is not exactly timely but I haven't had an issue go unaddressed in the six months I've been here so far. Their maintenance staff have always been personable and kind when fixing things or addressing me around the complex. They do a good job fixing and maintaining the complex and weather around the complex. My family and I have been really happy with that aspect of it so far. The only thing we've had a problem with are some of the other tenants. Unfortunalty not much can be done to weed out not so great neighbors if their background check comes back clean. That's anywhere you go though. We don't have problems with anyone being loud, or rude, or ghetto so its turning out to be a great place. Also we're close to everything here without being on the main roads.

There's not much noise transmission between apartments. You'd never know there are 150 apartments because foot traffic is very low. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, fitness room, grand piano, kitchen and pool table.The apartment building has a reading room, game room, puzzle room and mail room. The exterior is elegant, the grounds are immaculate and the common areas are beautiful. Management is friendly and maintenance is prompt and thorough. The location is convenient. Grocery stores, fast food and assorted service businesses are within a few blocks. The freeway, a hospital and another commercial district are less than 2 miles away. There's a fishing reservoir nearby, as well as a canyon with a walking/hiking trail. It starts out very easy, then gets harder leading to a meadow with a lake, or waterfall or something like that. I've only gotten as far as the beginning of the easy part.

This place doesn't have a problem with lying to you and coming up for stupid reasons to charge you more than what you initially signed for your lease. They have no morals or standards. They definitely helped make this feel like home. The staff was one of the reasons we moved in. Compared to other places we checked out, the staff was very genuine. The maintenance was amazing and quick. Great location. Made grocery shopping nice! A little out dated but still nice. The walls are also thin so you can hear everything so if you're sensitive to noise wear ear plugs! Haha The only reason we have ended our lease was because rent went up and we felt like we could find something similar or a little more expensive but bigger. It's great for a beginning family. Again, we loved it here! I didn't give it a 5 star strictly based off of our neighbors who were loud and constantly smoked. (it would rise into our apartment) Our neighbors would also have guests who would park in our assigned spot, which wasn't too bad if there was an open space by the front office. And lastly, because we haven't officially moved out and i'm not sure how the move-out process will go. Hoping we don't get charged for stuff that was already there. Highly recommend!
