Not sure if I should leave a review or not, but why not…read more. I was seen as a new patient. (a little background, as a child I had orthodontic care so that was not the reason for this visit.) I just needed the cement on my permanent retainer repaired. The office staff was very friendly. The tech that brought me back to take my history and pics was also very friendly and made small talk with me. Dr. Larson simply plucked the half piece of cement/glue that was left off. He was very upfront and said at my age my teeth have already done all their shifting so redoing my retainer wouldn't really be a need. He of course did suggest an invisible retainer for my top and bottom teeth to correct the little bit of shift that had happened since having my braces off as a kid since I didn't wear my retainer as I should have. He said thats his job & he likes perfect teeth so of course he would suggest it. So I have no need to return to the office, but if you're looking for an orthodontist, Dr. Larson is very friendly & professional

However, after the final implants were installed in the spring of 2025, things went downhill fast. Whenever we'd have a question or concern and would reach out, it would be like pulling teeth (no pun intended) to get a reply back. Fast forward to today. My wife heard a pop while eating yesterday and the bridge became loose. We go to have it checked out. They said one of her screws broke and tried their best to work on it. The dentist who worked on her couldn't do much to fix it, because he's new to implants and wanted Dr Stratman to take a look at it first. And we find out he's semi retired, be still comes in from time to time. So the receptionist reaches out to Dr Stratman to see her the next time he's there and he said he doesn't want to see her. And the other dentist doesn't feel comfortable to do it. So they refer us to a different place, but we don't know if any kind of warranty or follow up applies to that place. They pretty much left us to the wolves after we paid $30,000 for these implants. But it seems like since they have their money, they don't care at all. My wife is afraid to eat while there's a screw missing. They filled the holes with a temporary foam, but that seems pointless since they just abandoned us. So beware coming there. They'll take your money and will do the initial work. But if you had any follow up, you're S.O.L.

My teeth are straighter but not worth the $8,000++ and 2 years of braces I endured. I think they should have used spacers or left the braces on for a longer duration. They also state they have a guarantee on your retainers, but if you need a new one it will cost at least $200. I am not happy with the results of the orthodontics. That said, I had no issues with either doctors or staff.

My first impression of Dr. Romas was that he is not only skilled and very experienced, but he is honest and trustworthy which, unfortunately, are qualities that can be hard to find in the field. My entire life, I've seen dentists that have tried to sell me a number of unnecessary, expensive procedures and this is NOT the case with Dr. Romas. He bases his recommendations off of what he truly feels is best for each individual patient. His staff also utilizes a number of comfort measures that were never offered to me in other offices in the past (a bite rest, topical anesthesia before injection, among many others) that make the whole experience so much better!
