Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker!

I was terrified when I stepped into Dr. Knotek's office, but the staff were VERY friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything to me, no surprises whatsoever. Betty was the dental hygienist that cleaned part of my teeth, followed by Meagan and they are both gentle and friendly. They both assured me that they will make the cleaning as painless as possible, and they absolutely did. Dr. Knotek checked my teeth at the end and the beginning and gave advice and answered all my questions. She really cares about her patients and I appreciate that. Kerry at the front desk is awesome and I enjoyed my experience at this dental office. Sadly I'll be moving out of IN soon, and I wish I discovered this place sooner, but I will most definitely stop by whenever I'm in IN!
