They are a medical cannabis only establishment so you do need to book a consult with their on-staff nurse, Kathy: this is super easy to do online, and I was able to get in the next day. She asked a lot of good questions about what I was looking for (mainly inflammation management and mood), processed my card, and within minutes I was good to start shopping.
