He has threatened, harassed and invaded in personal privacy of the lots. Micro-manages everything from our mail (will not put in cubbies/drop boxes for us to get our mail after hours) to sending text messages out for every little detail no matter how big or small, and not allowing anyone else to be trained to be a host and get propane filled in emergency situations. also does not even live on site. Many who have left say they would come back, only if he was no longer working for the park.

I am a local (Irving Tx) camper with a travel trailer and I thought I would check it out midweek and i really liked it, nice neighbors, got some "honey-Do's" done, and chilled out. The spaces are small and tightly packed. The WiFi is terrible. They did hand off a goodie bag upon check-in of 8oz water, a bag of chips, and cookies. And the office lady stopped at my site to see if I needed anything after the awful run in with the mtc man.

Grocery stores, highways, great food, everything you need is basically no more than 30 min away. They are pet friendly, have 2 dog parks, they have a pickle ball court, they have an awesome pool and cabana area, gym, game room, amazing bath house, package room for all deliveries. There isn't any water in the fitness center so you have to leave to go to the office to get some or the bathrooms. Traffic in the area is a mess so plan on sitting on the 2 lanes roads for a minute. Internet connection is always struggling. The showers are beautiful but while the looks were focused on, the plumbing was not. The water gets luke warm at best.
