The owner is very friendly, and responsive. He really works hard to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The excellent thing is, he screens his renters very carefully and will also address concerns you may have about any questionable activities you may have seen. This makes everyone feel safer and makes for an excellent living location, especially for those with families.

They tried to cram us into an undersized, weed-infested spot which we refused to accept. Through today, they have not returned our $100 deposit. It reminds me of the old Seinfeld episode - "You know how to TAKE a reservation, but you don't know how to KEEP a reservation". We find a lot of campsites are less than honest in their advertising and policies, but keeping money for a reservation you had forgotten and couldn't deliver upon takes the cake.
