Recently brought our reefer trailer into Utility Tri-State Fort Smith, AR. My driver thought the…read moreoil looked thin during a pre-trip and wanted some piece of mind before loading. We were In and out in about one hour as the tech could not locate any issues. We received an invoice for $467.88. The details of the invoice were as follows: 1. Ran pre-trip and unit passed. 2. Watched unit for a while and checked cooling system data. 3. Unit runs and cools fine. 4. Assigned two technicians to the job. I spoke with Sean the service manager. Todd advises this work took about three hours. Upon disputing the invoice, Todd threatened to put a mechanics lien on our equipment. It is a shame how folks will try and take advantage of us O/O. I can not recommend this business. The service invoice is attached.

He had a fast reply after I inquired about a mobile mechanic here last Monday. Stayed in contact but was forgetful even with text messages. Flexible hours. I paid for my parts ahead of visit. That was my decision. He offered to pick one up. He was very quick replacing the alternator and knowledgeable. After replacing alternator we discovered that we needed a new battery. He offered to pick it up. I chose to buy the battery online and then had it brought to the car for us (I'm under doctors orders to not lift anything over 5 pounds or else I would have done the entire repair). We agreed that he would return to replace the battery for me. I texted him telling him we received the battery and we are ready for him when he's done with a quick fix on the next all. Well, he never showed up! There goes his Yelp rating and recommendation.
