I went into Stony Plain Registries because I needed to do some searches related to enforcing a Small Claims judgment. Not only was the person behind the counter not very knowledgeable with regard to what I wanted, she didn't seem too eager to find someone who was. For the on piece of paperwork I wanted to file, I had to guide her through the process based on what was showing on her computer. She was lost on the kinds of searches I needed so I left. The searches was the most important part of my visit. Filing paperwork is easy. This location has been fine for basic stuff such as renewing drivers licenses and registrations but I wouldn't use them for anything else. read more

Had to make a second trip after they provided me with incomplete information about the documents I needed on the first one, and was then given an almost comical run-around when I asked for the manager's contact information to ask about he documents I had brought. I am not inspired to trust this office with my family's personal documents and information. read more
