A man with a heart. especially in this weather (16 inches of snow) Ps. The university is getting established in the area , security is going to increase. For weeks, I've noticed a recurring issue at this Mobil station: some pump screens display "Pay at…read morePump Not Available Use Card Inside (KSB)." Yet when I use the Mobil app's contactless payment (selecting "Pay at Pump," entering the pump number, and payment method), the pump works with no problem--no cashier required. I've raised this with two different cashiers in the past two weeks. Each one confirmed that many customers have complained, but Mobil has been slow to fix it, apparently focusing on building new stations instead of maintaining the ones they already have. Enough is enough. Mobil clearly doesn't care about its customers. They've lost my business--I'll be filling up elsewhere.

I reserved a UHAUL van at this location. When I got there, I was told that they don't actually rent…read morethe vans there but at their Bayshore location. So I go to the Bayshore location and it's a total disaster of a place. It's a gas mart that is in total disarray. There owner was behind the counter, barely got up to help me. Gave me the rental van keys, no walk around or paperwork. I took a picture of the mileage. When I got the bill, the mileage was off by 11 miles and I was charged for insurance which I declined to have. So I was over charged $26. And when I called to talk to him about it I was greeted with yelling and a hang up.

Asked if the restroom was around the corner and if I needed a key and he pointed a vague finger toward the strip mall next door. I questioned "where?" And he mumbled something I couldn't make out as he walked off, had to ask 3 times where he was indicating before I understood him to say "laundry". Poor lady at the didn't seem thrilled that this was the pit stop for a kid who had to take a piss and would have been fine to do so in a dirty gas station bathroom.. oh well, at least she had a change machine I could use to get more quarters for the air pump without bothering the so very helpful petroleum transport technician.

Horrible experience. I took my car there for NYS inspection. After 5 min, they tell me my…read morebrakes need to be repaired and won't pass inspection. I had my brakes changed less than 2yrs ago and my car recently came back from the dealership for oil change and overall assessment-no mention of brake issue. I would avoid this repair shop at all costs.
