Along the WB LIE service ramp between exits 62 & 61, cash is the same as credit, prices are reasonable, mindless drivel emanates from TVs as you fill up, and there are normally a good number of pumps open during rush hour. It's quick in and out, just be sure to merge back onto 495 as swiftly as possible: it can be a doozy.

We have been getting oil from them for years and never had an issue. Called their emergency service number this morning between 6-7am and besides the fact that there was no answer for 25 minutes and kept getting disconnected. When we finally got someone to answer an extremely RUDE woman answered the phone. We needed service for the boiler ASAP because we have a 4 month old in the house and the response we got was they are only going out for contracts. So when we asked if there is anyone else they could recommend to help she responses with "yea I don't know what to tell you, you'll have to figure it out yourself" then hung up on us. You don't want take the service call because we're not under contract, fine but here is no reason to be rude and unhelpful to your loyal customers when we are asking for help. We have small children in the house, we needed your service. It shows the Caliber of people that company is willing to hire. I will make sure to go out of my way to tell people to never use bay fuel and to find their oil services elsewhere. If I could give you a zero star, I would . IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER. THEN MAYBE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES SOME BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DON'T HAVE A 24/7 EMERGENCY NUMBER IF IT IS ONLY FOR SPECIFIC CUSTOMERS. They were able to fix our old oil furnace on the spot by changing a small part for a very reasonable price. Another service provider (sent by our previous oil company) told us that we needed to buy a whole new unit, that the problem wasn't fixable. Hands Fuel will now be the company we get our oil from, in addition to all tune-ups and servicing. Run by people who were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. This is the type of company I want to give my business to, and recommend to others.

And speaking of these guys, they're always really friendly there and have accents. At the pumps are TV sets playing some news stories and showing the latest specials inside the very large food mart. Keeps you interested while you're taking care of business. This place has a great color scheme. It makes it seem action packed and gets me excited to get gas. Seriously, get a load of the pic I put up and tell me you don't want to run there right now and fill up? Then maybe go inside and get some snacks and a 12pack that's on sale? Well, probably not but the colors are cool compared to Exxon or any other gas station. Yay for gas. EDIT: Since my review, the Exxon I mentioned has since become Gulf.
