They also wont provide help my friend who has called them several times. They say they do not accept cash, however I have no record of the transaction in any of my accts. The woman I spoke to was very aggressive and rude. I personally would not use a storage who can not keep or provide records of rent payments.

The service has always been very consistently helpful and thorough, with clean, well kept facilities. The units are lighted and baited for rodents. I haven't had any rodent, water or weather damage to any of my belongings in any of the 4 or 5 units I've rented from them over the years. I don't know if they offer heated units, but none of mine were, and all units are driveway accessible. You need a code to access the compound, but the exit is automatic, which is a nice feature when you're done at your unit and ready to just go. The couple that lives at and manages the place are always available during office hours, and are very organized and prompt with their services, such as pro-rating, viewing units, auto-pay, info updates, etc.

Our experience was pretty decent…read more Their prices were a bit higher than some other places in town, but it was secure, and staff live on-site (although they aren't there 24/7). The only problem we ran into was when we moved out. We had let them know our moving date and when we went in that morning to unload our unit, our password to open the gates to facility had already been deactivated - with our stuff still inside, and nobody there to help us. Luckily, my mom also has a unit here, and she was able to use her password to get us in (and then we used our own key to access our unit). Had she not been able to save us, our move could have been significantly delayed. They apologized for the confusion, but I would caution future renters to be extremely clear about the details of your move!

Unlike many storage facilities in the Pacific Northwest, here, the leadership team does not nickel & dime you. They provide excellent quality & value for money. When I first moved my furniture into the facility, I had brought the wrong wallet with me. Most places would have said: "Go home and call us when you get the cash." Not this place. Here, they pride themselves on doing business with a handshake. They trusted that I would take care of business. They told me, " Don't worry about it, move your stuff in....and next week, when you get the chance, stop by the office sometime to pay us." How refreshing---It is truly a pleasure to do business with this company.
