Fair enough, we rescheduled. When the rescheduled date arrived, the cleaner no-showed and I could not contact the company in any way. I called them 5 times, left two voicemails, and several text messages (the coordinator had given me his number when we were rescheduling), and no response was given. It is now 4 days later, and still nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

The price for the flooring and tile were competitive, however the installation costs were excessive, given the install quality. I had them install a significant amount of tile....I was happy with one fireplace surround and the second fireplace was quasi ok...however the remaining three bathrooms were very poorly done, below what would be considered acceptable. I have a new home and every day I go into the bathrooms I feel unhappy about how they turned out. If I could afford it I would just rip it all out and hire a real tile professional. They hire fly by night tilers and we had at least six different people here installing because of how bad things were turning out. I would never consider using them again. I strongly caution any one considering doing so. Lots of tile experts have weighted in on the lack of quality I am now stuck with.
