Majestic was the top recommended from U-Haul, so I reserved them over a month in advance to load the truck. Day of move: scheduled to be there at 9 am, no calls, no movers, no one answers the phone. The owner finally answers at 945, to say he is pulling people from his construction crew and would be there soon...2 guys show up finally at 1145. They help for 45 minutes and disappear! After that I have no help. The guys damaged our floors so bad my wife was in tears and didn't even pack the truck well, so I had to repack it all. The owner claimed to be finding other people, but never did. I ended up packing for 15 straight hours by myself. We had to cancel showings for the house, and are trying to get the floor fixed. This is the most unprofessional organization that created such a big stress I probably lost years off my life. Good grief, avoid them like the plague. And I called to confirm they'd be there, 5 days before, 2 days before, and day of.
