This location was newer, clean and secure. I chose a safe area that was monitored (during office hours) and near other businesses. There isn't a time commitment. You just need to pay by the first on the month. If you give notice & move out before the end of a month you won't be charged for the next month. Insurance is required either from your home owners policy or purchased from the company. There was an issue with being able to safely leave the grounds after hours. My code didn't work. We had to get creative at finding a way out. The problem was frustrating & preventable. I think I am the guinea pig for helping people to prevent this from happening to someone else. Emergency numbers need to be placed at all keypads. I was called a few days later with a temporary code that will work while mine gets fixed.

Why does he even try to clean a carpet that after the job is done, he says someone else could do the job better??? VERY DECPETIVE ADVERTSIING!!!! There is nothing deep cleaning that he does. His website says deep steaming. He can't do that, at least he didn't offer that to me. His buffing machine didn't do that. There was no steaming of any kind!! There was no deep extraction process. His video shows a rotating brush. Never happened!! He says he does it twice on the carpet?? Not even once. Spray and let it work in. Never happened!! He also states "complete odor elimination" NOT TRUE!! He says "pure steam vapor", never happened!! He says "complete satisfaction" NOT TRUE AT ALL!! He told me he had another job to go to and that he had to go!! So much for customer satisfaction. I told Mike before he got here that my carpet had some odors in the carpet in a small 2' by 3' area. He said no problem. When he got to my house he told me that the odor treatment was $ 45 more. He then sprayed something on the carpet for two seconds. Then he used some kind of buffing machine to clean the carpet. I asked him if there was something to do deep cleaning and he said that this is what he used to clean carpets. NO DEEP CLEANING! I asked where the carpet cleaning machine was, he told me this is all he had. The carpet was not even wet at all. I asked him how was it going to get clean without getting the carpet treated with some kind of liquid treatment. All he basically did was buff the top of the carpet with a some kid of buffing machine!!! What even is that?? How do you clean a carpet without getting in to the fibers?? He told me it was because I have an air conditioner in the room, so there is no circulation, so the room is always going to have odors? I have the windows open 95% of the time. I asked him if he could explain that, but he had no answer. Well the next day the odor was still there. I called him and he said he "tried his best". I told him that was not acceptable, and he said "he put the work in and that was that". If you want your carpets buffed, not cleaned, and still smell, this is what you are going to get. There was no kind of vacuum or liquid at all. How do you clean carpets without that? He was cheaper than the other guys and told me he could get the job done. Well if you want a cheap job with cheap results that is what you are going to get. BIG MISTAKE!!! Don't waste your time!!! Hire a real carpet cleaner not a carpet buffer. This guy has 5 feedbacks since 2017, there is a reason why. This guy is terrible!! Don't waste your money!!

A friend of mine introduced me to this laundromat when I needed a place to do my laundry while my…read morewashing machine was being repaired. Never did I imagine that it would be the quality and convenient laundromat that I discovered it was. Located at 1718 Bennington Sreet in the Southeast area of Roanoke, Virginia, it is right next to the Shell Gas Station on the same street which I reasantly reviewed on Yelp. The first thing I noticed was the clean and modern looking brick building painted in gray with tones of blue and white, surrounded by a sidewalk, and with a private lot parking all around it. Its outside building sign beside highlighting the laundromat's name, it made sure to point out that it was "OPEN 24 HOURS," and later I found out the for 7 days a week. I parked my pearl white Lexus on one of the parking spaces on the side of the building and entered through the side entrance. Clearly written on the glass door was their phone number and some of the rules required to use this laundromat. Also there was a notice posted that it had 24 Hour Video and Audio Recording. So one could see that from the very beginning it set the tone for the expected behavior inside. When I entered, I found the place clean and well-maintained, with the latest in modern machines, with many small and large capacity washers and dryers, including a "Hulk" washer for up to 90 lbs of laundry. Another thing that captured my attention immediately was that they no longer used coins. It had a new system of reloadable laundry cards, which you registered and used to pay for the washing and drying of your clothes, as well as for having complimentary access to their restroom if you were a paying customer on that day. It was a little confusing at first, but the instructions for purchasing a card, filling it up with different amounts of money from one of your credit cards, and using the cards in the washers and dryers wear so clear that it became simple and very convenient to use. I invite you to view my photographs accompanying this review to get a better sense of the place and many of the items I am mentioning in my review. To make sure customers registered their cards correctly, they are having a Free Laundry Giveaway where they would be giving away $25 in Laundry Credit to 4 customers every month, and winners would be notified with their registration contact information. The instructions of amounts and how to use the cards were very clear and one could also ask one of the steady customers and they were more than happy to explain. I was there on a Wednesday afternoon around 4 o'clock and there were only two more customers doing their laundry. I was told it gets busier in the evenings and on weekends. Although the place offered a family-friendly environment with amenities such as a soap center, folding tables, seats to wait on, a restroom, a sink outside the restroom, and a play area with movies for children, it lacked Wi-Fi access, TV screens for customers to watch TV while they waited for their clothes to be ready, and I even didn't see too many plugs to be able to charge one's cellphone. On the positive side the lack of the above mentioned open doors to be able to talk and interact with customers. I met one of the cooks for Sidecar Restaurant, one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Roanoke, and was able to find out first hand interesting information about the restaurant and its menu. I was able to wash and dry my 3 loads of clothing very well, and will consider returning here even after my washing machine is repaired at times when I have large loads of clothes to wash or large items such my bed comforter, quilt, mattress protector, throw blanket, or duvet. And I highly recommend this place as a clean, safe, and convenient place to do your laundry.

My BF found this place open for 24 hours It's clean, well lit, and Carlos, the gentleman working the overnight shift, graciously gave us advice on machine choices and steered helped us get our detergents and stuff together.
