Scheduled to pick up the truck at 6pm on Friday. Upon arrival we are informed that they don't have the reservation for the storage unit! I called everywhere and was unable to get a hold of anyone because it's after 5 on a Friday. I called Grand Teton Storage and the manager answered (THANK YOU)... I explained my sob story and she was so nice, accommodating, helpful and kind. If you have ANY need for a storage unit, I HIGHLY recommend going here. I am a college student and tend to get treated poorly by facilities, but this facility had no bias!…read moreThey treated me with respect and were super helpful when I would ask questions. The staff is also super quick with getting back to you. They have great security as well, they have someone walk the units to make sure all if good. I had a lock on my unit that was not locked properly (my fault) and when the staff noticed it was unlocked they were quick and transparent to let me know of the issue. Truly they handled it the best!

Terrible customer service!…read more I went to this location before July 4th and was scheduled to have a hitch installed. When I arrived, they told me there was no one to do the install. I was disappointed, but decided I would come back when they weren't busy, understanding it was a holiday weekend. Then I came in today to schedule the hitch install for a future date. Luis was there and started to take my information. Then after he had my number and email, a man was behind me who needed to return a rental truck. He left me to help them, in the middle of my transaction. He asked a lady to help him, but she said she could not and went to the back. He came back and I had to give him all my information again. As we were going through it, the couple who were returning the truck came back in and because they were told they had to return the truck to the same location they rented it from. Luis jumped up and started to talk to them, ignoring me again. Despite social distancing , the lady came right behind me and was too close for comfort. I finally had enough and decided to leave. Poor customer service and no measures in place despite the pandemic. The location is in a run down part of town too and smelled like weed. Do not go to this location!
