I ended up renting an inside unit in addition to the outside unit without hesitation after that. The location is perfect, especially if you live in the Lake Caroline área, very close. I ask for the code to get out and they told me I should know it. I was accused of using the dumpster when I certainly didn't. Valerie was very confrontational and unhappy at her job, and was clearly a bad example for other employees working there that were trying to be hateful. I can pay storage money to a lot of other facilities. Facilities are not the problem (other than the front gate being left open for thieves), but the PURE BAD ATTITUDE AND ZERO HELP WITH A SIMPLE QUESTION THAT I ASKED ABOUT EXITING THE FACILITY. For the business owner, please consider that you can hire people with no experience what-so-ever and their GOOD MANNERS could earn you business vs losing a high paying customer.
