I packed up all my things and covered my furniture, I already had loaded more than half of my stuff in storage. It should have been an easy and quick job considering storage was only 3 miles down the road. While they were loading stuff up I was cleaning and occupied. I feel since it would have been an hour maybe 90 minute job he took his time loading then wanting to take more time wrapping up my furniture which I didn't see necessary but hey I thought this guy is nice. So that took more time. Then at the storage too taking up more time to wrap furniture that was already wrapped. 2nd trip took a little longer because of an issue with the water valve to the washer but 2 nd load was smaller. Again taking time to load and wrapping while at the storage. So it took 3 hours to move my 2 bedroom house into storage unit 3 miles down the road. $450! Myself and my son went back to the house and found on the side of the road some of my sofa cushions on the side of the road. Went back to the storage and noticed scratches and paint off my washer and dryer that I've seen so far. I brought it to his attention and he did ask what he can do after saying things happen. I told him I didn't understand how moving my furniture 3 miles down the road, more than half already in storage and my furniture packed up And ready to go. My first experience hiring movers. If he doesn't do moving he should have said so.

We had to last minute contact them to help us move due to issues with a different company and they worked immediately to help us NEXT DAY. Y'all these guys left corpus at 3am to get to where we were and didn't stop till everything was unloaded (nearly 9pm!!) I CAN NOT recommend these guys any more or any louder. The appointment was made for 10am but the morning of the drivers called and asked for an earlier time of around 8. This was not possible but I told them I could be there earlier and we agreed to 0945 meet at the PODs facility. At 1000 the driver called and said he would be 18 minutes late. The driver called again at 1020 and said he couldn't find the place. I then called in the main like to talk to the manager. The manager said the truck was having trouble with the address of the PODs facility. I told him the address again and the manager started accusing me of supplying a completely different address. I told him no, I of course gave him the correct address. He then started yelling at me stating I did not give him the correct address. We argued back in forth, him shouting no I gave the wrong address, and me calmly stating yes I did. He held his ground but why would I give a wrong address? I need my stuff moved. He then said his truck was across the ferry in Aransas Pass. There is not a PODs facility in Aransas Pass and the address' given were in Corpus Cristi and Rockport. He said the truck spent too much time driving around already and we should just cancel your move. Complete unprofessionalism, and lack of competence, and to actually yell at a customer accusing them of lying, repeatedly. I had to deal with substantial predicaments due to not having my things moved. 0/10
