(Ended up leaving with the mattress bags the customer ran out and bought) furniture nearly hit the wall above the door jam, a desk was destroyed, and a foot knocked off a couch leaving an exposed screw which they scratched the heck out of the floor with. (Knowing they had done it and said nothing) Most of the crew were kind and half of them efficient (one person sat complaining with a negative attitude the whole time) there were a lot of slips and I was fearful of my items and the people themselves being harmed because they did not seem to know how to lift and carry (Especially on stairs and at corners) I can only recommend avoiding this company and looking elsewhere.

Worst experience with a cleaning service that I have ever had. I ended up giving up on them because of their complete lack of communication skills, although as far as I know their understanding of the situation is so poor that they think I wasn't flexible enough to allow rescheduling.
