I had 24/7 access to my belongings && they were always open unless there was any issue with the weather or anything like that. The passcode was super easy to remember. I never had a storage unit before this but they were a awesome facility. I would definitely go to them agian if I ever needed to rent another unit. I had the unit for about three years & I had a lot of expensive stuff in it && wanted to get a climate controll to make sure everything would stay in good condition esp since I wasn't sure how long I would need to have the unit, I never expected that I would have it as long as I did. I kinda forgot the rules, which is when moving out that you give a ten day notice, but I paid for the the next month, because they would send messages every month reminding you of your payment which I loved getting these notifications cause that way I never missed a bill. Along with that the site Was super easy to use, the owners gave me Back my months payment that I made in advance believing I would be there another month. But I emptied it out before the 31st of the month, & recieved a refund fOr the extra month I paid. I had no issues at all here. They even let me slide on the ten day rule, I think I have around five days, If I had any questions it was suPer easy to get ahold of someone. I would give this place five stars for sure!!!

This site has rodents, water infiltration, and the "climate control" is not adequate to prevent…read moremold. Roof leaks have been left unrepaired for months, causing extensive damage to items in unit. Despite many attempts to reach the company, they have given the runaround--no calls back, dead phone numbers given out to "reach the executive team," dead email addresses, etc. While trying to clean and mitigate the damage, their local staff came to the site to make threats--which was scary but also does not seem like the way such a large company would train employees. Terrible experience!…read more They showed up an hour early, passed boxes out a window, took a $120 keyboard OUT of a box and placed it in a garbage can and then placed another garbage can inside of the first one completely destroying the keyboard which they then proceeded to say "was broke to begin with" (yes, i ALWAYS keep broken keyboards connected to my $2500 GAMING RIG.. even though i have 2 backups and mostly use an n52 or controller anyways)! 2 of the guys did work real hard, the third guy dragged his feet all day and took ATLEAST 3 dumps (1 in my old house 2 in my new one). I probably would have been better off hiring some junkies off craigslist!
