Paid for unit F20 on Aug 11,2023. I took all the precautions and purchased damp rid buckets, moth…read moreballs, rodent spray, sticky traps. I also bought 2 plastic utility shelves for storage to keep boxes off the floor. I could not put all my things in the unit because between Aug 11 and Aug 23 I got 5 mice in 13 days on sticky traps!! I had to stop taking my things there and remove the few things I stored. Amanda in the office stated "this is public storage you should know to expect rodents"

Terrible experience!…read more They showed up an hour early, passed boxes out a window, took a $120 keyboard OUT of a box and placed it in a garbage can and then placed another garbage can inside of the first one completely destroying the keyboard which they then proceeded to say "was broke to begin with" (yes, i ALWAYS keep broken keyboards connected to my $2500 GAMING RIG.. even though i have 2 backups and mostly use an n52 or controller anyways)! 2 of the guys did work real hard, the third guy dragged his feet all day and took ATLEAST 3 dumps (1 in my old house 2 in my new one). I probably would have been better off hiring some junkies off craigslist!

This is a really nice family owned business, the storage units are really clean and well…read moremaintained, well lighted so you can safely go at anytime. They have two locations that are in town (like in the name) because some of these storage places are located in remote locations, and seem scary, not these both locations are well lighted the lights go on automatically. Check them out for all your storage needs.
