They charged me $133. I called to dispute the charge and they told me that was the price I agreed to. They sent me a contract that shows that price but my signature is on another page. They are saying I agreed to this. I was not, I specifically asked and was told $40per month. This is a 5x10' outdoor storage unit! They literally call it the Coat Closet. On the form, besides it being a separate page than the one my signature is on, all other amounts are circled except the $138 price. I'm elderly and had to pay $100 to a mover to move my stuff in and cannot move it without hiring another mover.

I felt safe while there and I felt that my items were safe while I stored them there. You can set up an auto-payment online, which was very convenient for me. The owners are both very kind and kept in contact to make sure my unit was still being used, so my auto -payments wouldn't continue without my knowledge. Anytime I called with questions, they were quick to answer the phone or get back to me if I left a message. My roommate and I moved all of my stuff out of my unit at 9:30pm one night, and by 9am the next morning they had called to thank me for my time using them for my storage needs.
