I was told the bin rental is for 6 nights, 7 days...on the 7th day the same rude man called me asking if I wanted to keep the bin longer...I said no! He then started yelling at me that I should have called him the day prior (which btw was a holiday) to let him know I wasn't extending my rental. I had to pay upfront for the weeks rental plus 1 ton of garbage. I told him that if he wanted to me to call the day before he should have stated so and I would have. My expectation was that he would show up in 7 days to collect the bin. He continue to yell at me and threatened to charge an extra day rental. he hung up on me and called back a couple of times..I had to eventually block his number. He had his money, his bin...business was over but he was mad I didn't give him advance notice I wasn't taking the bin longer than the advance agreed upon week that I rented it for. Beyond that...I have rented and contracted waste disposal before...This one was either lieing about the amount of trash weight I put in or is way more expensive than many others...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY..my advice!

They did a great job, were fast and responsive even though I never met them. I send them pictures and they send me pictures of the work once finished. I then hired them again in September to cleanup everything off the property I was selling. There was furniture, garbage and a lot of old rusted paint cans. Again they did a fabulous job and I would hire them again. They ended up spending almost 10 hours cleaning up the property and did not leave anything behind. I was a little bit wary about hiring someone off the internet and never meeting them but there are still people you can trust and do a great job. I definitely recommend them.

Having moved at least 20 times in our life this was the perfect example of how a moving company should perform. As with most moves there were unexpected hurdles to overcome such as booked elevators not being available, etc. Not to be detered the moving staff adapted and performed the move with precision. What we expected to be a difficult day based on prior moves turned out to be smooth and relaxed thanks to the professional attitude of the driver and his two men.
