The unit was clear but not the cleanest. Next to me had some infestation or some sort. Had to throw a lot of items away due to mildew and mold as the moisture was all over. The price kept going up every month without my knowledge so it was time to go to a different place that kept a flat rate all the time. read more

While the storage units are ok, and staff is nice, I do not recommend parking any vintage or valuable vehicle there. Within a few days someone attempted to steal my covered vintage car's gasoline and jammed the gas tank locking cap. I ended up paying $180 to have a locksmith remove it and buy a new one. Staff would not reimburse the rest of the month after I removed my car for this reason. No cameras, so, take your own risk. read more

Very helpful, very reasonable however in one section of Unit 7 it must have a leak. My stuff was there for only 2 months and only those items in one 2' sq area they were moldy. There was mold on the back wall and rust on the bolt right next to the moldy stuff. I pointed out to management was told it was because it was a wet summer and that's why moldy and they are not responsible in none environmentally controlled units per rental agreement. read more

Marie was very pleasant. The problem I had was water leaked into my unit and ruined some furniture. Marie said no water came in and it was dry which I know Is not true. I spent a lot of money on my belongings only to have them destroyed. And paid to have them stored. I guess I am the sucker on this one but be careful everyone. read more

my experience has been horrible.marie made an agreement with me to have her a year later slam me with double the fees overcharging me 90 dollars more every month. she blames it all on the computer i have all the proof of what i was paying all along to wear she just decided to overcharge me .i pay one warrenty for both units. clearly shows her agreement was to charge as one unit not two now shes trying to back peddle because shes been reported saying she offered me a bigger unit but i refused lmao because i wanted to pay double the fees and late fees for two units instead as you can seee. shes not too bright thats not believable. going foward legally against here because the owner of this business i was told left the country. please go down the road dont put yourself in this position read more

My husband and I rented a storage unit to hold our belongings from October 7, 2016 until we closed on our house on October 15, 2016. At that time, we paid an entire month's fee. We hired a moving company and moved our belongings into the unit temporarily on October 7, 2016. All of the belongings were removed from it and the lock was removed from the unit on Wednesday, October 15, 2016. This was witnessed by multiple employees of the moving company we hired as well as my husband, myself, and my parents. I called on the morning of November 1, 2016 and did not get any answer and so I left a message on their answering machine stating that the storage unit was empty and was not needed for the month of November. An employee Marie contacted my husband on November 2, 2015 regarding my message to cancel the unit for November told him that there was a lock on the unit still and that she was charging him for the entire month of November. We did not know what she was talking about as we had removed the lock when we had removed our belongings so that we would not have to make a second trip there, but nevertheless, we drove over and confirmed that there was no lock on the unit. I have rented storage units in the past while moving and have never had such a negative experience. The employee Marie has continued to call and e-mail my husband and myself harassing us and stating that she was has locked the unit (which is empty and no longer needed) and demanding we pay for November (despite the fact that we do not need it nor was it used during that month) and pay her late fees. She is incredibly unprofessional, rude, and perhaps even mentally unstable. I will be contacting BBB and Consumer Affairs regarding this issue. Do not use! They'll ignore your calls for days, never respond to any voicemails you may leave and then when you finally get in touch with someone a week later they'll charge you a late fee for something you tried very hard to pay in a timely manner. The manager has a disgusting attitude with no regard for her own mistakes rather than just trying to blame the consumer for her neglect. read more

Staff is nice and friendly and assist with any issue that I have presented to them. Just read the other review and do not feel that it is a fair assessment since we told not to store food in unit since it can attract creatures. However, some choose to ignore this warning and then complain. I have stored for many years since my transfer to Texas and have not had an issue with any of these matters. Take it with a grain of salt and listen to the recommendations from the staff, they have not steered me wrong as I have rented another unit for my son. read more

Not sure where Alma's review is coming from but the others of rat/mice droppings on your personal belongings and mold on your furniture it definitely right on. Even when there isn't any type of food within belongings this will happen. Plus, I don't know who would put any type of food in their storage unit. I'm usually for all the mom and pops places in the area but unless they are trying to rip people off and lie to them, then they deserve to go out of business. I'm sorry but if you say you are climate controlled and you charge for that then a persons belongings should not be moldy and green. Maybe just dusty but nothing else. Oh and the mice/rat droppings on everything and your personal belongings all torn up. If you plan on using this place be aware of what you are paying for.... moldy, mice/rat droppings on all of your personal belongings. Then the owners will blame you for this mistake... read more
