I would, however, caution anyone renting a space here that you wait until near the end of your rental month to vacate the space. Also, leave the lock on your rental space until you are certain that you are through with it. We had taken everything out of our space and because it was empty, did not lock it. We had nearly a month left on our pre-paid rental, so I thought that maybe we could store something else there. A few days later, we decided we didn't need it, so I went there to notify the office that we were done using it. I was informed by the woman there that they "already knew that" and had already rented it to someone else who was currently using it. I was informed that my final invoice had already been mailed. I guess it was a good thing that I didn't bring anything else to store there. When I received my final invoice, there was no pro-rated refund of rent paid, even though it was exactly one week into the current rental month the day I received the invoice, effectively I paid a month's rent for 7 days of availability to our storage space. If not for the way our vacating of the space was handled, I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend them for storing your things, just be aware to keep your lock on!

We reached out to Rob as soon as we knew we were moving. As the time got closer, Rob stayed in contact to let us know what was going on. NJ got hit with 4 nor'easters so getting out of dodge proved to be a challenge. On the day of the 4th storm, Rob called to say he would be leaving the next day. We got updates from the road and an ETA as to when to meet at the launch. Boat was in great condition, a few bugs but that's to be expected after 1200 miles! I have reached out several times to request my receipt, but they have ignored my requests. I even contacted the estate sale company, which referred them to let them know. Hope is VERY responsive when trying to earn your business, but that's where it ends. They kept attending my estate sale also to see what was selling, which was odd. Background: These movers were supposed to move me from NJ to PA yesterday for $3700, with a 26 ft truck and 3 guys for a 3 bedroom house and the contents of a garage. These guys showed up with a small box truck and only two guys. There was no way they could move me. After I told them there's no way you're gonna be able to move me in that small truck, they left. Then several minutes later came back and knocked on my door again. They asked to video tape the contents of my house. I let them. This is after we already determined they were unable to do the move. Then they left again. About an hour later, my doorbell starts going off like it's an emergency. It was animal control. The officer said they just got a complaint from the moving company that I was endangering animals. He said there was a complaint of feces and urine all over the floors throughout my house and animals running all throughout the house. He said he knew that the movers called out of spite, but had to process the complaint anyway. Like a good "order follower". I told them to get a warrant. The authorities showed up at my home with multiple police officers all geared-out to "handle" what they officer admitted was a false report of animal endangerment. Remember, these movers took video. If this company has video that shows feces and urine "all over the floors" and animal endangerment, they would post it. These movers could've come back with a 26 ft truck and 3 guys like I contracted for but instead weaponized the authorities to harass and intimidate me. Now instead of moving to my new home ahead of 4th of July weekend I'm in limbo. I had to locate other movers on the spot and then deal with the authorities in NJ due to their lies.
