There is not enough carts when several people are at their units. The raised step by the elevator is difficult to get the cart over. Everything falls off. Several of my things broke trying to get over the raised step to elevator. There is no garbage anywhere for the stuff that breaks. There is no door holder to hold door open to move cart in and out. I would not recommend this facility. I had a better experience at the facility off art 72 behind wawa. This place stinks. Don't use if you have allergies. Respiratory issues or allergic to mold.

I would, however, caution anyone renting a space here that you wait until near the end of your rental month to vacate the space. Also, leave the lock on your rental space until you are certain that you are through with it. We had taken everything out of our space and because it was empty, did not lock it. We had nearly a month left on our pre-paid rental, so I thought that maybe we could store something else there. A few days later, we decided we didn't need it, so I went there to notify the office that we were done using it. I was informed by the woman there that they "already knew that" and had already rented it to someone else who was currently using it. I was informed that my final invoice had already been mailed. I guess it was a good thing that I didn't bring anything else to store there. When I received my final invoice, there was no pro-rated refund of rent paid, even though it was exactly one week into the current rental month the day I received the invoice, effectively I paid a month's rent for 7 days of availability to our storage space. If not for the way our vacating of the space was handled, I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend them for storing your things, just be aware to keep your lock on!

We reached out to Rob as soon as we knew we were moving. As the time got closer, Rob stayed in contact to let us know what was going on. NJ got hit with 4 nor'easters so getting out of dodge proved to be a challenge. On the day of the 4th storm, Rob called to say he would be leaving the next day. We got updates from the road and an ETA as to when to meet at the launch. Boat was in great condition, a few bugs but that's to be expected after 1200 miles! If I ever needed to move my boat back up north, I would call Rob in a heartbeat.

Hope claims they donate to Habitat for Humanity, but I never received my tax write-off for the donation as initially promised. Now I am questioning what they did with my items. This was 2 months ago. I have reached out several times to request my receipt, but they have ignored my requests. I even contacted the estate sale company, which referred them to let them know. Hope is VERY responsive when trying to earn your business, but that's where it ends. They kept attending my estate sale also to see what was selling, which was odd. Did they donate my items as promised, or did they use them for themselves or sell them? Who knows at this point? Definitely sketchy!

Tracy even staged the home to an IMMACULATE condition, which enabled us to sell the home the first weekend it was on the market!!! Then she helped (via long distance) to sell and donate all the belongings we were not able to take with us out-of-state. We were way in over our heads, and they did it ALL for us!! They were even incredibly patient with 2 adults with dementia and brain trauma not understanding why they were moving, or even able to care for themselves.
