This business is the worst to deal with about auto-program. Every January the change due dates for auto-program. I have had my auto-pay set to be taken out on the 4th. As, it has been this way for years. I am on a fixed income and do not get payed until the 3rd. Every year it is the same problem every year. If you are looking for a self-storeage. I would look elsewhere. I will be move my possessions to another company in the spring. read more

My Grandmother called me recently because she was having trouble accessing the facility. Living out of the State, I felt helpless. I called expecting to get a recording but to my surprise, a was greeted by Katy. I explained the situation to her. She told me to give her a date & time when my Grandmother wanted to stop by & she would make sure she was waiting outside for her. The next day, my Grandmother arrived (15 minutes early) to find Katy standing out front to greet her. I wouldn't have anticipated her arriving early & I know she's always early. Seriously terrible customer service, he lady claims to be the manager and whoever helped me in the past broke policy by allowing me to add the key to my account now today the so called manager is staying inconsistent and is just rude I've been here for 30 min and still nothing is resolved!! we had our boat stored here last year and had no issues. this year when we took it out of winter storage and we reserved a spot at keylock. when we went to take care of the paperwork etc, we were told that they could not store our boat without a title. we came from colorado and they do not issue a title. we spent all day trying to reach dmv to set an appointment to get the title. after many calls we were told the offices were closed and nothing could be done until may, maybe june and they were granting extensions due to covid-19. we went back to keylock and explained and they basically said too bad. they could not help us, even though just 6 months ago the title was not necessary, this time they would not rent us a space. we went to another storage place and there was not an issue. in these times where things are not normal most companies are working with patrons, not keylock. we will go elsewhere for storage from now on. read more
