Thankfully I took pictures before we left and had the timestamp to prove when we dropped off, but it took days to get that verified by uhaul and the charges reversed. Then, we got charged a $30 fee for the "outstanding" fees that our account showed while uhual took those days to figure out the situation and correct our bill. ALL of this could've been avoided if the guy who checked us in did his job. I will never rent a uhual here again and I highly recommend using one of the many other uhual pick up locations in PF if you need a truck in the future.

And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. A couple times within the time I had the unit, my credit card expired and they were always very helpful and never made threats or anything. They would just call to remind me and overall very chill about getting that updated. After three years I finally was able to get all my items moved into my home. I cleaned and vacated the unit on the last day of the month, and called them to let them know that I was OK with paying for the month, because it was past the first of the month, but they refunded the automatic charge that was done on the first of the month! I really did not expect to ask or get a refund, so as far as I'm concerned they went above what was expected in all cases. On top of all that, they have the best pricing of any storage company in the area. If you need to store anything for an extended period of time, this is the best choice. This facility is absolutely amazing! We stored most of our home items here for about 5 months while…read morewe searched for a new house. The place is very well kept, clean, and secure. Randy was especially amazing, our move out happened to be the day after a snowfall and our UHaul got stuck. While we had the available coverage to call a tow truck to come get us out Randy personally can back with shovels and ice melt to help us. He spent a good 40mjns of his personal time digging with us and eventually we got unstuck. This place has clear pride of ownership and is run by a sincerely good person.
