Have had a great experience with them so far. Walked in last week and was able to sign up and get a unit right away. Prices are reasonable and better than other locations. Love the set up, easy access to my unit and seems very secure. I really like the convenience of the office hours and unit hours. I plan on moving from another unit in CDA to here over time read more

We walked in looking for storage - we were promptly shown the different sizes and told they would hold the two sizes were we're considering for a week while we decided which to get. Came back a few days later and started service - the office staff was so helpful. We had three pods delivered and the office assisted us telling us where to put the pods for unloading and helped arrange for pick up of the pods as well. We are very happy with the quality and prices as well as the customer service we have received. read more

BuxBear was easy to work with, the facility is clean and well cared for, and price was right for the quality of the facility.

I was with them for 2 yrs before leaving in Aug 2025. I closed the account online and moved out at the end of the billing cycle. Since the office wasn't open I called and left a message that I vacated the unit. A few days after I received the final invoice with a 0 (zero) balance. Then I found out that my CC was charged for the following month. I contacted the manager repeatedly about reversing the charge and was told that the charge was a mistake and I will see the credit within 7-10 days. It's now 30 days after and no credit. The manager keeps promising that he'll let me know the timing of the refund but does not call back. The storage unit was great but their communication leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I wanted to say how great Gayle is at the Post Falls location. He has gone above and beyond for me and our family. We were displaced by our landlords six weeks before were supposed to close on our house. He was very kind and helpful in getting us set up with the correct units. Then we needed a little extra time to get out of unit he was very accommodating. Also during our time there they were making some improvements to make you belongs more secure which we appreciated very much. Even though their website says they are open for business, no one is available to help. Saturday at 11:00 we arrived to turn in our keys and take our last load, and no one was available and their power was out. Today at 11:00 I called in advance to make sure someone was there so I could turn in my keys and no one picking up the phone. I called again at 1:00 today, on a Monday, and still no response. I don't understand. How do you check out and turn your keys in? What kind of business is this? read more
